The Waterloo Iowa location- Lexi (a manager) took on advising me of DoorDash placing my food on the ground in their parking lot while DoorDash driver worked on his car. He had my order over 25 mins before she called to tell me. She states DoorDash wanted to give me $3 vs the refund. She told me to throw the food away and that she could not redo the order if I had someone come and get it. I was told to wait while she fought DoorDash. No calls back. After 2 calls by me, she then tells me that “DoorDash “ is giving me the run around. When asked what Taco JOhns was going to do to remedy this issue I was told they will not refund or comp order. Canceled all apps. What company employees a business and not make it right when they are the ones who place their name on the order. Poor customer service! Unbelievable. $30 plus lost and no food.

Whenever I am in the area, I love to stop at Taco John's!!! 🌮 They always have amazing food and great customer service. Caleb, in the drive-thru was really accommodating/helpful when I added on to my order at the window. It's SUPER rare here, but if I ever have an issue they are always eager to fix it. 😊
