decided to try Taco John for the first time today came to this location. First of all I ordered my food when they delivered our food to my table, mine and my sons they mixed up our burritos and I ended up with my sons instead of mine and had to go buy me another burrito and they didn’t even wanna offer to exchange it. I just bought another burrito. OK whatever . then before I even ordered the food to begin with, I had asked the boy if it was spicy the burrito that I ordered and he said he would say no. and I asked what’s on it tell me the ingredients on it but forgot to mention to me that there is chipotle sauce on there which chipotle is spicy I can’t eat chipotle chipotle makes me sick so needless to say, I was not able to eat my food and I was not gonna order another item and pay eight dollars for another burrito that I didn’t even know if I was gonna like to begin with because I had never eaten here before I don’t think I’ll be trying her again

I ordered a door dash order that I have many times . Per the menu there was only plain lemonade. They had two other flavors I called and spoke to a manager to tell them I wanted the wild berry and she said she couldn't do that for me because now supposedly it was just a in house deal. The difference between the regular and wildberry I asked her was like 1.50 and she would not accommodate me. Never again!! Wow
I recently came in to taco johns and ordered a small meal from an order taker Caden. Although it was fast and simple Caden made me feel welcomed and made my experience at taco johns better overall. ps food was amazing

Wow, what an absolute discrace. And a scam. Ordered the fried chicken and potatoe olay snacker. Comes with three of the TINEST fired chicken bites imaginable. They are like nuggets. I actually went back inside because I thought they only gave me potato olays but the “fried chicken” was mixed inside of it. Also, you must come inside for all mobile orders… not a good look. Especially when Taco Bell allows you to use the drive through. I will NEVER be back.
