Great food but I always have my head on a swivel when I park across the street and walk in. Maybe its a great neighborhood though, I am not from Waterloo.

I went with a large party and we were in the touscan room. For starters, the menu was limited to 4 options all of which were missed prices and calorie marking. Secondly, the food took long even for a group of our size and when it did come out it was overpriced and in low quantities. The restaurant did not take tap to pay which was understandable but frustrating for the minors in our group who had no other options. The servers were good and made the experience better than it would have been.

Its really sad but this place has took a nose dive straight down hill to almost completely disgusting. Really hope they can turn it around and be a mere spec of the delicious restaurant it used to be.

Such an amazing restaurant which we just happened to find (it’s inside a building under renovation) … it was amazing and truly everything about it (once we found it - need signs outside for people from out of town)! The bruschetta was the best ever, service was impeccable (thanks Deja) and our seafood ravioli was delicious!

Stopped in as I was back in Waterloo for the first time in many years and the ambiance and food haven't changed, which is a good thing. Food was delicious, server was attentive and pleasant. Only issue was the ticket time was a tad long but they did have a big group dining and several other tables when we walked in. Glad to see the Brown Bottle is still thriving after all these years.

The Waterloo Brown Bottle is a Waterloo staple for a reason. Consistent great taste, top notch service, and an excellent atmosphere, whether it is a special occasion out or just a night out, they've got you covered. The Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is my personal favorite and their garlic salad dressing is wonderful. Be sure to save room for the Brownie Pie.

I gave a 3 overall because our reunion group had a room that we were to vacate by 8PM. No other group was coming in. We did not even get our bills until after 8 but they charged us a room fee of I believe $200. That was not good business. The group probably order over $200 in deserts that took longer. The staff and food were great!
Found this place by accident. Neighborhood is a little suspect but this restaurant is a gem!

Prime rib was tough and hard to chew. Had to come from old cow and cold and tasted like it came out of microwave. 15 years ago it was good but I probably won't be back . Service started out good but got worse when we left she was setting at a table drinking a margarita.

I was back in town for an event and made time to dine there with friends and I’m so happy you’re not only still there after all these years, but still the best! Loved my meal, the place looks amazing, and our waitress was fantastic. It has been 20 years since I’ve had your Italian and creamy garlic dressings together and it was exactly as I remembered it! Loved every minute of my time there! I’ll be back!
