I hate to give a poor rating, we have LOVED pizza at the OP for so many years. Our last three pizzas at the OP have NOT been up to par. Something has changed and we've been disappointed. :( I hope management addresses this issue.

Stopped 9/17/24. Got seated up front with lound unattended children and took almost 2 hours to get our pizza. When it finally arrived, the crust was like chewing on a bone!

The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. Pounds of cheese, hardly any sauce or toppings. The crust was dry and tasted like cardboard. The restaurant itself is extremely outdated.

Customer Service was horrible and management was just as bad- The OP on University Avenue it’s not a good place to eat anymore. If you’re looking for a good pizza and a bar food go to OP on Ridgeway Avenue Waterloo OP - friendly., great staff, atmosphere is Great !

We ordered a 12 inch all meat pizza & since I don't eat sausage I asked to replace it with double beef. I was told there's a charge to do this. I agreed but when our pizza came the entire pizza had 8 pieces of beef on it & 3 of the pizza slices didn't even have pepperoni on them. We will continue to go to the OP in Waverly where they actually care about the quality but NEVER here again.
Fantastic pizza and cold beer. I had to order 2 beers at a time because i would run out before the waitress stopped back...but it was slam packed busy, so I understand.

We are from out of town and visited late on a Monday evening with our seven year old after a very busy day. We were tired and hungry and just wanted a peaceful dinner. It was quiet, and cozy and the atmosphere was just right. The pizza was delicious, and the music was perfect, the waitress was delightful. If we lived in the area this would be a regular spot for us.

It’s not The OP in Evansdale. Service is hit or miss when we do go here. Sometimes it’s great. Other times not so much.
The service was great, however the food we got was not. We ordered onion rings and they were super thick, when you bit into them they were so thick they didn't taste like they were done. Cut to the BBQ chicken pizza we ordered, we were expecting hunks of chicken with BBQ sauce, and received pulled pork pizza. It didn't really even taste like chicken. Very disappointed in the food overall at this location.
