There were several drinks options and plenty of seating. The cinnamon roll was great. I would say that the music by the window was a little loud. Overall , a nice atmosphere.

I used to get Açaí bowls weekly, but stopped coming as often when I noticed the bowl kept getting emptier over time. I’ve mentioned it to the staff once when ordering and she did add more. I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t already $12.50 plus the added tip. The açaí only filled up 1/4 of the bowl and the toppings were another 1/4… I feel like this could’ve fit in a small container… THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS KIND AND IT IS A BEAUTIFUL SHOP. I got gift cards for my coworkers for the Savvy Bean because we genuinely enjoy it; however, this has been really disappointing.

Super cute coffee shop in downtown Waterloo. I ordered an iced latte with vanilla bean and caramel syrup with an extra shot of espresso and it was delicious. Strong, but with a little sweetness. My daughter ordered a blended vanilla bean and caramel syrup latte normal, it was sweet but yummy. Staff is friendly, and as soon as we sat down the npc’s spawned!!! The place filled up fast.

My go to spot when I need a pick me up, break or an extra splash of caffeine during the work day. Took my family one time and my son wanted hot chocolate with whip cream - one of the barista heard him and gave him the biggest serving. He was SO happy!!
