Owner screams at other customer service workers and is belligerent. Wouldn’t spend a dime here supporting him! I don’t even wanna imagine how he treats his own employees if what I witnessed tonight is even an inkling of how he acts behind closed doors. I don’t think he should have a job in this

Waited, ordered, paid, waited then told they don't have the primary ingredient in the item I ordered so eventually got refunded.Can't comment on food or drink quality or taste as after 15 minutes or so I walked out with nothing.Personally won't be making the trip again.

So puck the kids up from school and secretly head to the SMOOTHIE joint... and they were overjoyed! This is a family favorite! We ordered our smoothies.. rocked out to Greenday, and eagerly awaiting our awesome refreshments! The staff is always great! Thanks guys and gals!

Absolutely love this place and the app is awesome.
The peanut paradise smoothie w/ whey protein is all I get. But it’s a great meal replacement for sure.I have to share that when I’m waited on by the young staff in the drive through they nearly always try to have d me the debit card machine asking for a tip…. NO. This is WRONG and very unprofessional.#1. It’s a drive thru…. I drive up to the window and the staff stands there. And, if I drop that card terminal they try to stick out at me, who pays for that..? Not me….#2. If you want a tip as wait staff join a typ restaurant where I’m happy to ALWAYS tip well for great service where you come to me and take care of our table throughout our time there enjoying the experience and food.Tropical Smoothie is great, always friendly owner and management staff that are courteous and know me as a regular.The mindset of young workers to get a tip for just existing at a job is just wrong. Appreciate them being there to serve the drive thru customers, but please understand some common sense service manners.

The smoothie was excellent. The chicken quesadilla was ok, it didn't have much chicken in it. I would come back, but not order the quesadilla. Service was excellent!

i got the buffalo wrap and sunrise sunset smoothie. total came out to $14. smoothie was not bad and is large. i’m not sure if they have different sizes or not but the cashier didn’t ask me about it so i assumed not. food was very mid. there were only 3 pieces of small chicken (yes i counted) and too much buffalo sauce to the point it was overpowering. service was decent. i would probably not order food here again.

Got a açaí berry boost smoothie. From what I could taste it was good. Straws weren’t good for sucking. Ate my edible straw before the worker saw me struggling with sucking normally and brought me a plastic straw. Did it make a different? No4/5 starts
