I would recommend staying here. The hotel is close to everythin an amusement and waterpark, downtown, major roads etc. The hotel is clean and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. One desk clerk said thank you for staying with us and i truly felt her sincerity. Jessica was so helpful with the few problems i had such as needing batteries in The remote replaced. The property does have a few problems facilities wise such as. Low water pressure for the toilet although the shower was fine. Carpet stain here and there but nothing major. Graphitti and age of the elevator is jarring but it functions well. The televions must be new 50 inch or larger. The telephone in my room didnt work but i never use that anyway since we all have cell phones now. The hot breakfast was amazing eggs sausage waffles biscuits and gravy fresh fruit etc.. i would say for the price this is an excellent find.

Comfortable beds. The common areas seem a bit worn. Seems like many construction workers stay there. Desk clerk informed me there were o rooms. She then checked with the owner to see if she could release one room that they traditionally reserve in case a problem arises with another room. He allowed her to release it and we appreciated that. Parking is easy and close. Have stayed here before and will again. Good suggesiton of a restaurant near by by the person at the front desk!

Hotel is easy to find. Parking lot is in need of repair and over all clean up around the outside of the hotel is needed. Check in was easy. Elevator could use a good cleaning and new carpet. Hallways could use new carpet, lots of stains. Upon entering the room first thing we noticed was a coin on the floor which made us question the cleanliness however overall room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower floor had a slimy feel to it, water did not get hot enough and pressure was not good. Lighting especially in bathroom was dark and dingy. Towels were dingy white. Breakfast was ok but staff was unfriendly. Checkout was easy. All in all would not stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with some hot items, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. On the down side was some maintenance issues that had been neglected. There looked like water damage around the bathroom and closet door frames and floor. The shower was cracked and needed to be replaced. The water pressure in the sink was a dribble. The cost was excessive for the size and condition of the room.

I am disgusted with this property. What would have been a nice getaway for my in-laws turned into a nightmare. My mother in-law who is 86 years old came down with double pneumonia. She has a chronic lung disease as well as vasculitis which also makes her extremely fatigued. The supposed general manager of this property was very cold and stern about…”we can’t cancel this reservation, blah blah blah.” The girl I talked to asked if she should override it, and I heard him tell her “NO”…He could have, he was just being heartless and flatout didn’t want to. I was a manager myself in a hotel for a few years. He could have done it as this was an emergency. I’m a gold member and have been with choice hotels for a few years. I’m rethinking that decision, and I will discourage ANYONE from going to this place. If this is how things are handled, I have no desire to have anyone stay there or myself, EVER! This must be the new normal of society today, to be heartless!!!

Upon arrival, front desk staff checked us in quickly but with zero enthusiasm. We had a room with 2 queen beds, which were clean but extremely uncomfortable. The AC in the room was a joke - it was so muggy and didn’t matter how low we turned it, it did not cool down. Almost fell off the toilet seat because it wasn’t bolted down. Toilet was not tight on the floor and ran the entire time. Bath tub was filthy and had plenty of mold. The closet was destroyed with water damage, and the wood floor was not even attached, but clicked up and down when you walked over it. Carpet was ripped, chair was peeing apart. The pool area was ok but super small. Breakfast area is very tiny and food options were what you’d expect, but nowhere to sit. Overall, would definitely not return - our room was gross. Wouldn’t even let any of my family members shower in that disgusting bathroom.

Another mediocre to below average hotel with a funny smell. Front desk staff low class and not helpful. You can always tell when it's a slum type owner. They cut corners on everything. Probably living outside his means. Odd smell in room and found bugs.

Small local business with everything in one place. Daily fresh bread and cakes to top it all.

This Comfort Inn is not in a beautiful area, sandwiched between a car dealership and a car wash. But we found it to be clean and well maintained. After some hiccups at check-in (the nice young man at check-in could not figure out how to get us a senior rate, so I made my reservation with my phone, standing at the front desk), we had a very good experience. The motel is nice inside, clean, and they had perhaps the best covid protocols we experienced on our week-long trip. Their indoor pool was nice, well stocked with towels, and warm enough for me to use, in contrast to many others we have experienced. Our room was very good and, although not new, it was definitely clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient, and they organized a good breakfast. The Southtown Bar and Restaurant on the other side of the car dealer is a good place for supper, within walking distance if you're young. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location directly off the freeway. Extremely friendly staff particularly the person who checked us in upon arrival. Room was clean. Typical amenities for a Comfort Inn property. Consistent experience for their brand. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs and the various typical items. Wide variety of choices including healthy options...thank you! Thank you for being a pet friendly property. Chuckie appreciated his welcome gift bag of dog treats! However, the $25/nt/pet fee is extremely high! That was 1/3 of the total cost we paid for the hotel room itself. Would consider this property again for our Sept visit except we are staying 4 nts and the pet fee is too high.

Family owned local grocery store. Not only so they have imported seasonings, chocolates etc. but they are also bakery/ butcher shop! They sell fresh veal, which is unbelievably tender and juicy. The have all different kinds of cuts. Also, daily freshly baked bread, rolls and lepinje(pita bread) . If you love a fresh bread roll, stop by! One thing that I am a huge fan of is their freezer section. Mamy different types of cheeses, smoked meats and cold cuts. Anything you can imagine for an excellent charcuterie board! Pastrma and sudzuk ! Yum! Did I mention that their pricing is super reasonable?? What can I say besides, GO HERE! :)
