Went there today - my first experience with Kombucha so I have nothing to compare the tea quality to. They had eight flavors to select from for a four-glass flight. All flavors were interesting, none that I wouldn't get again but none that I'd want a full glass of either. Was a nice crowd there - service was a bit slow but not objectionable. Fries were great - used Old Bay seasoning on them. Had the weekly special donut burger. Tasty but can't say the donut was any better than a bun. Good place if you are looking for something a bit different, but I'd still prefer a brewery with a flight of beer.

Kombucha lovers, this place is a place you must go! Their kombucha flights are well priced and the kombucha is delicious! I'm a big fan of their breakfast poutine, but the rest of their food is great as well, very well prepared and high quality! Whether you're a waterloo resident or just passing by, don't be stranger to this place!

What a pleasant surprise! We had previously tried their kombucha, but didn't realize they had a kitchen/bar. Super chilly day in Iowa, but the space was sunny and warm. Service was top-notch. Engaging server, pleasant person, and you could tell she also liked Verve. Healthy choices, more food than we could eat, and the flights were great. Loved the coffee seasonal kombucha. We were there on a micro date, but saw several families with small children there as well. Would love to come back from cocktails sometime.

Best kombucha I've ever had. They just don't miss I'll also add that whenever a restaurant has cauliflower wings, it's immediately what I order, and verve has the best cauliflower wings I've had by a long shot.

I started drinking their kombucha and I am in love with it! Always delicious and they are so awesome at the restaurant. Very informative and help you find the kombucha that you will love. Restaurant is so cute and welcoming. Highly recommend everyone trying it out

I got takeout. The food was ready and fresh in less than 15 minutes. I had the asparagus salad and the mushroom risotto. They were both full of flavor and quite delicious! I can’t wait to go back! I even tried a couple of their brewed on-site kombuchas. The staff was so friendly and inviting.

You and your staff deserve every bit of happiness. I didn't know what I was expecting flavor wise, but it's, for certain, the best taste I've had in years from a restaurant. I didn't know I was craving a Hercules Burger until I had it. Thank you for the wonderful food!

Wonderful service and food! The bucha burger was delicious! I typically want catsup but was very pleased with the bacon jam that gave it a faintly sweet taste. Happy to support a local restaurant!

I really liked my meal. I had the seared Ahi Tuna with Latke. Latke was on point! Also, we tried a few cocktails. Delicious. Tables were well spaced which added to comfort also seating outside. It was a bit windy out so we opted for inside. The service was excellent, as well. Try the grapefruit/ mint kombucha!
