I waited in line for a half hour only to get the wrong thing I ordered I went home and ate it it tasted funny I'm not going back you have officially lost a customer Wendy's!!!!!

It was like there wasn't any staff inside car in front of us waiting for a very long time and we waited for a very long time with nasty people honking and yelling at us and we hadn't been served or sold food yet. I spent 36 years in Hospitality crew management so food service and hotels. a lot of times people think that a job is easy will show up will leave before break. sometimes people just don't show up for work not everybody know how to work or want to work. We waited I had a really good Frosty freeze were old and cold but the frosties were good. I wanted to comment on this Wendy's in Waterloo Iowa but when I try to stupid Google has me always for some reason living 7 hours away in the twin cities I have never in my life lived in Minnesota.

50% chance you get what you ordered 50% chance you get whatever they had already made. If you don't like your job then leave, but paying $18 for the wrong thing and then to get treated like "you ordered wrong" is unacceptable.

Used my points to get free 6 nuggets and no extra nuts. Trying to make sure my kids had enough. Don't order delivery bc you'll be stolen from and their "chat" won't have anyone to help.

Won't do that again. At least pizza gives me what I ordered.

This location has a pretty efficient and quick drive through. All of my orders have mostly been spot on. Knocking one star not due to the location but the prices are quite high here for what you are getting. That being said it is fast service.

I ordered way ahead of time. I still had to stand there for 40 minutes with no food . Then they refused to give me a refund. I had to leave with no food or without my refund. They were taking care of drive threw and people who came in after me . WORST SERVICE EVER. NO I HAVE TO GO

I had one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. the first person was great tried to be helpful. then was talked down to and very rudely by a person whom stated they took over the store. if said person is a manager of store they have horrible people skills and was very rude to customers who come to that business.
