There was an issue with our delivery not getting to us on time, we called to check on it, and the manager, Ryan, went above and beyond, totally out of his way, to apologize and make it right (even though the situation was pretty much out of his control). We really appreciated the way it was handled and how Ryan clearly cared about doing things well. Will definitely order here again!“

“New Years Eve and this Pizza Hut was swamped, as is to be expected. The food took a little longer to receive, but the workers were polite and apologetic. They were working as fast as their bodies would let them. The phone did ring a couple times, but people don't understand that the staffing is limited, and the phone is the last thing on their mind when they have multiple people showing up to pick up food.“

“This was my first visit to the West Des Moines Rosati's, although I've been a customer of multiple Rosati's locations in Illinois for 2 and a half decades.

Our pizza was nearly perfect. The crust was a perfect circle and was golden brown. The tomato sauce was sweet, seasoned, and tasty. The cheese had just a hint of browning, which is ideal. The sausage on our pizza was great. This was one of the better pizzas I've had from a Rosati's over the years.

The customer service was top notch. There is limited counter space inside of the restaurant for dining in. The person behind the counter brought our pizza out along with paper plates and napkins. He was kind and helpful. Everything inside was clean and well-presented.

I don't live in Iowa, but if I were to come back, I would have no hesitation about eating here again. It was an all-around positive experience.“
