If I could give a 0 I would. Some of the worst service ive ever received. Y'all were out of everything and weren't even that busy.

Ever since their old GM left, this place has severely declined. As someone who has worked at chipotle, this place needs a LOT of work. I wasn’t acknowledged walking through the door, employees saw me and walked around to the back. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I always go to this location for my chipotle, and I’m always given a generous amount of food. And I add extra if needed I went in today and received the worst bowl ever made. I don’t know his name, but he’s on the bigger side and he has glasses. Give me the smallest amount of everything that I ordered and proceeded to put a huge amount of hot sauce and a huge amount of guacamole. I’ve just never received a bowl like this before and I am not satisfied. My food was soggy because of the hot sauce in the guacamole and I’ve never Received a bowl from any other worker that was so little. I’m very upset it was not worth $18… And not to mention, I asked for two proteins and because I had to wait on one of them I was only given one protein. I didn’t make a big deal out of it until I saw the portion sizes do better.

I stopped in a few minutes after this location opened on a Wednesday morning. They apparently had 3 to 4 large catering orders in progress when I arrived. The chairs were still upside down on the tables. I stood there for 40 minutes while they ignored me and other customers waiting in line. Apparently, the catering and DoorDash orders took priority? Those of us in line weren't even acknowledged and no discounts were offered when we finally checked out. It was mystifying to me why they couldn't even spare one (of like 8) worker to run the line for in-house orders. I observed over a dozen people walk in and then out over that 40 minutes as they got fed up before I did. I attempted to order tea with my burrito bowl, and they said they had not had time to make any. No apologies, no nothing. In fact, they seemed a little put out I would even ask. The food quality and pricing are not good enough to offset the service experience. Terrible!

One of the worst chipotles I've ever been to. Meat was dry, chips were stale, half the ingredients weren't refilled, and workers couldn't have been less friendly and hard working. The 2 stars are accurate

Never accepts cash transactions, this is a regular thing. Almost every time I come here. It happens often enough they make a sign to put on the door which I missed because someone held the door open for me. Therefore I had to literally leave my lunch on the counter at the register and walk away. The manager said he already had to give one burrito away for free today.
Don’t go here (HICKMAN LOCATION by Culver’s) an hour before close. These boys like to close down EARLY. Came literally 1 full hour before close and they had everything packed up. Then still charged us full price, and curiously didn’t put the receipt in the bag after we asked for it.
Here’s an example: black beans “out” yet Putin the back counter, lettuce “out,” meat choices out except for the scrapings of pork—yet everything was in the back fully packaged up ready for refrigerator. They needed to get rid of the guac because it’s made fresh daily so they put on so much guac it was like “whoa, okay pal, I don’t need 3 cups of guac.”
They seemed rushed and annoyed.

Edit: I've returned to this Chipotle at least 3 times since this review and the quality and chips have seen a noticeable improvement! It didn't feel right to leave the review as it was so Ive adjusted the ratings accordingly. Nice!
Prev: Ive been to quite a few Chipotles, though this is the one I've gone to most often recently. If I had one thing to mention the chips are often stale in this location. If you go at the right time, the chips and food are great.

I was out doing some doordashing and decided to take time off to eat. I wasn't really satisfied with how my bowl was made. I only asked for a smaller portion of rice and a small portion of vegetables but ended up giving me small portions of everything. This was not what I had expected. I eat at Chipotle at least once a week at a different store and always know how much product is expected on the bowls.

Came to enjoy an early lunch with my family. Service was quick. Food was good. As we were sitting in the lobby eating, we watched one of the employees sweep the floor with gloves on. Another customer came in, and that employee did not change gloves. He proceeded to serve the customer with the gloves he was wearing while he swept the floor. Really concerned if he had done the same before serving us….

Do NOT order delivery from this location. In fact, think twice about ordering delivery from Chipotle, period. They did NOT make my order correctly. My bowl clearly DID NOT include the fajita vegetables I asked for, though even the label states they're in there. None. Nada. No fajita vegetables included. You can't call to complain. They don't accept calls-- it's all automated. The automated system will not let you make a complaint. The automated response is that they do not have time to take phone calls! If you state that you picked up, you are told to refer back to the email confirming your order. If you order thru Door Dash, they want you to complain to the driver. This is NOT a Door Dash problem. The Door Dash driver did not make my burrito bowl. Of course, it could never be their staff, who actually make the food! Do I want to put my shoes on and drive up to complain? No. Should I have to? Absolutely not. I get it! People make mistakes. It happens. But, how frustrating to give a company business that won't make mistakes right, or even give its customers an opportunity to just get their orders made correctly. We certainly paid for it!
You just made REPEAT customers into non-customers. This is terrible customer service. I won't hesitate to share my story, either. All because of terrible customer service in the form of an automated machine that told me its employees don't have the time to take my phone call and make my order right-- yet they had time to take the order and take the money!
