I eat chipotle literally every other day so take this for what its worth. Unfortunately, this is easily the worst chipotle in the Des Moines metro. A: Prices here are more than anywhere else. There is another chipotle a couple miles down the road and the SAME exact bowl is $2 more expensive here than it is there. B: The portions here have been consistently smaller than other chipotles. Expect to get 1/2- 2/3 as much as other places. C: Half the protein you get is not appetizing. Pure fat, bad cuts of meat etc. If I am paying $13 for a bowl, I would expect to at least be able to eat it. 2/5 stars on a good day. Worth driving to other locations.

Be nice if the would have mixed it up so I didn’t have to eat halfway through to even get to some ingredients. Not comfortable seating. Small dining area. Food was good though. Very small portion of meat in my burrito.

When I was a kid I worked at Taco Bell when it was still own by Glenn Bell in Downy California. I learned about Taco Bells ways way back in the '70s before Pepsi bought them out.
But when Pepsi bought Taco Bell they had us measure the food and cut back on the portions. So much so we had to put air pockets in the food to get it to look near right. But damn it was so much air and so little food for the price I was embarrassed to serve it. Can you imagine selling air burritos?
I recently went to Chipotle for some Mexican fast food. And it's an OMG! No air burritos. All items was filled with food.
So I am now a Chipotle's fan. Fantastic food, friendly staff and quick to go.
Thanks for the good food and service. I'll be back.

Went in around 6:45pm. I got served right away. The guy that helped me was nice and helpful. There were several other people at the front to help. I have really been enjoying Chipotle later. This is the first time visiting this restaurant. It is a nice new place with an updated look. The garage was full and needed some attention but it didn’t affect me. I would definitely go back again!
The staff are friendly and hardworking, but visiting on a Sunday at 5:30 PM, many items—including non-carbonated drinks—were already sold out. Dinner time is busy for families, and a fuller selection would make the experience much better. $13.70 and disappointing with so many other restaurants to choose from in the immediate block.

Bought 3 meals all chicken. All the chicken was salty The rice was hard. The service was very slow and poor like they didn’t want to be there. Also the lady never changed her gloves after touching everything. I will never go here again until they get new management.

Ever since their old GM left, this place has severely declined. As someone who has worked at chipotle, this place needs a LOT of work. I wasn’t acknowledged walking through the door, employees saw me and walked around to the back. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
