I wanted to get something special today for my family. So decided i should get Cinnabon. The last time I was at a Cinnabon, when asked to get a pack they gave me hot ones. Now, the one in waukee does not. They make you buy the ones on the rack that look smaller and are not hot, or they charge you $14 more for the hot ones. (Individual price) I asked then how much it would be for 5 since thats all I needed, and it was going to be $32 compared to $24.99! I left empty handed. Thats a disappointment they aren't like other Cinnabon locations. If I want to heat up my own cinnamon roll, I'll just go to kwik star or hy-vee. They are cheaper anyway and taste great.

Went in at about 9:10 on a Sunday and they open at 9. Two people in front of me waiting for cinnamon rolls. Why wouldn’t you have fresh ones ready? So I thought I’ll order minis. Nope. The teenager behind the counter said we don’t have those right now. Ok, I guess I’ll wait for 4 regular. She points to the rack behind me and said we have those. I said I’d like to wait for fresh ones. She then tells the cashier to charge me for 4 individual rather than a 4 pack. $25 for CINNAMON ROLLS is actually insane when the prepackaged four packs are $20. Walked out empty handed.

Ordered Uber eats, never got it, called and they said they only use door dash and no idea where my order was and transferred me to a location in a different State. No accountability or help in resolving the problem, but refused to give a refund. Ridiculous.

My kids and I had a wonderful experience when we stopped in a few weeks ago! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful when I was trying to decide between the Cold Brew iced coffee and MochaLatta Chill. We also ordered a Classic Roll and Oreo Bon and both were warm and delicious. We were in and out of the store in just a few minutes. We will definitely be back!

A little hiccup in the beginning trying to keep up with orders as so many people were flooding in to try them out but have perfected their system. Nothing better than fresh cinnamon rolls!

First time visiting and the staff were very attentive and helpful, the Cinnabon was HUGE and hot, I gladly give this location a 5 Star rating keep up the great work.
