Loved everything about the place the food was great, the vibe was perfect, and the staff was super friendly. The only downside was waiting an hour in line just to get my burger. At that point, I started to think they had to go out back, hunt the cow themselves, and handcraft the cheese from scratch before serving it. Still, once it finally came out, it was so good I almost forgave them for the National Geographic-level food prep adventure

Pretty good. I don't know how, but they have managed to make a quarter pound of beef seem like an eighth. LOL. I have never seen a thinner patty in my life.
Yet, the taste is there. Combo meal with fries and added a turtle sundae. Total was $14.50 or so. They make a good sandwich.
Pop machine was out of ice and ketchup container was empty. No problem. Staff addressed both when they were told.
Clean space and everyone was wearing a smile. Culvers seems to be good at finding those staff that will smile!

There is usually something wrong with my order. The people taking orders via intercom and in the restaurant have trouble taking the order.
Ordered a salad in your app, apparently no one knows how to look at the order placed, asked for no cucumbers on my salad, I got cucumbers anyway
