Service is SLOW. Have waited over 25 minutes in the drive through and still no food. Ridiculous! Stay away as it’s not fast food!

I ordered the fish sandwich at the drive through. The service & friendliness was great; however, I have never tasted anything so completely void of flavor. All I could taste was bread. So I removed the fish from the bread hoping that the fish would be palatable. It wasn't. You should review your policy on how to season food. I'm going to feed it to my chickens because I couldn't eat it. Hopefully the other items you serve are better than the fish sandwich but it's not likely I'll be trying them

For a Fast food restraunt it blows everying in waukee out of the water. Food never upsets my stomach, cus tard is Fantastic, service is quick prompt and polite. Don't be afraid of long lines it moves very quickly. There is a reason they CONSTANTLY have people and big lines! The foods great for fast food! I LOVE their fish chips, nothing like the coast but 1px better than other fast food!

I used to live in Wisconsin, a and went to this restaurant semi-often. Then my friend's daughter got a job there at Culver's and I found myself there ALOT, and loved it!! So I just HAD to start being a regular at this one. Food, environment, the atmosphere, the prices and/ to the employees, all are perfect!!!

Horrible horrible horrible customer experience. I ordered through the drive way and paid at the counter. After payment they told if I need ranch I have to pay. I brought 8 chicken strips and they give only one ranch with that. My total was $35 (that included 8 ranch’s) which was already pulled from my credit card and they were asking for more money for the ranch especially when the mistake was with the person at the drive through. I cancelled the order and took a refund. The manager was so unfriendly and she doesn’t care about the customer. Never had this bad experience anywhere. This is a Midwest company and hence wanted to eat from Culver’s. Sad that they didn’t knew what iowa nice is.

Used to enjoy going here now they come out to take your order without being able to look at the menu. now they seem to always forget my ketchup takes longer since I keep having to turn my car off and run in. Much prefer going to the window

I just want to say that this sign is slightly confusing. I was in drive thru and told to pull forward and park. But this sign says to tap something in my email. Which I didn't order online, just drive thru. So I went to move my car but luckily someone got us our food before I got too far away.
