One of our local favorites! Discovered Fresh this summer and it’s a regular in our rotation now. Food is reliably delicious, reasonably priced with generous portion, and service is always friendly and quick. The patio is nice in good weather, and actually pretty quiet for being right along Hickman. I also ordered a family meal with a side of falafel for a group dinner I hosted last night - says feeds 4-5, but our group of 6 had plenty to eat plus we have leftovers that will last my husband and I several days. A great deal and mix of food to meet multiple dietary preferences. Highly recommend checking them out!

Amazing. Perfect. Delicious every time. Best restaurant in Waukee and one of the best restaurants in the DSM metro area. I have eaten here so many times and have taken many friends to eat here as well - everyone has loved it!!!!

Awesome place to stop on a road trip. It was about 12 minutes from the highway which isn't ideal but the food was so delicious and fast it was definitely worth it. All the food was well prepared and very well seasoned. Staff was very nice. Decor was cute, but a little dirty. Tables needed wipes down, and so do the walls. That's the only negatives I noticed, and it was during lunch rush. Would stop here again if passing through Des Moines.

Hummus, Taziki, fresh veggies and spices. Everything you want in Mediterranean food. Owner seemed to be running cash register and was very friendly. Good to support small business that was also really good food.

“Fresh” really describes the food here. I went for the first time years ago and remembered how tasty the spicy gyro was. I came back to town and decided to eat here again. The quality of food is still amazing. I love eating here as opposed to other places because of the high quality of food. I feel healthy eating here and the atmosphere is comfortable and casual.

My husband and I went there for lunch on Friday for the first time, and we were not disappointed. I ordered the Gyro and sweet potato fries, and they were delicious! My husband ordered the Fresh Platters, and he enjoyed it too. We'll definitely be going back!
