Food was amazing, service was okay. We were there as a group of 4 for over two hours. Our waiter was very friendly, but barely came to our table. By the time he came to our table the first time, we were ready to order our food, but he essentially told us we needed to wait in between. We ordered drinks, 20 minutes later we were finally able to order an appetizer, and then it took another 30 minutes for him to finally take our food order. I was starving! Good thing the food was so good. They were a bit busy so I am sure that is part of the reason, I just wish we could have ordered all at once when we were ready.

Two words: bacon jam. One of my favorite burgers is here and they have never made it less than perfect. Spicy chicken sandwich is incredible, and not only are the fries awesome (normal and truffle are both top notch) but the aioli takes to a whole different level. You definitely get what you pay for, good value for the price, very highly recommend

The restaurant has deceptive business practices. We ordered a hamburger with a side as stated on the menu. We ordered asparagus which is a "premium" side. The menu clearly states that a standard side is $6 and a premium side is $7. The owner has taken the position that a premium side will cost $4 extra versus a regular side when the menu clearly states that the difference is $1. In the future we will find another alternative that engages in fair and equitable business practices versus an establishment that does not.

I had the Wagyu burger and my husband had the Bacon Jam burger! Best burgers we’ve ever had and our waiter Cody was so friendly and amazing! We’ll be back many more times.
Came here to dine, the staff evidently couldn't seat us for our reservation and told us to wait for 45 min if we didn't want to cram into the bar seating. They obviously seated someone else in our place for reasons unknown. It seemed like it was ran up front by high schoolers that had no clue. Very disappointed considering I hear the food is great. Perhaps will try again without a reservation, bc they are obviously pointless.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. HOWEVER, our server was EXCEPTIONAL. In most cases, wait staff will make or break an experience for fine dining. Charismatic, friendly, and helpful was what we got tonight. We don’t make it out to the Waukee area often but I’m so glad we did tonight! Thank you Lauren for a special night out.You went above and beyond to make our experience one that we absolutely couldn’t forget. :)

Really great food but service was slow. I think they were short staffed but it took a long time for us to place an order for our entrees. Bacon wrapped dates and Buffalo chicken wontons were super yummy. I had the jackfruit tacos which were super flavorful and stuffed with fillings. Sweet potato fries were perfection and you get a solid choice of delicious dipping sauce. We will definitely be back. Beers were also very good. Good selection and good pour.
