Tea is always old, spoiled, and smells like alcohol. I don’t believe this location in Waukee cares much about food safety. BEWARE.

Ordered a wrap, pasta salad, and a large unsweetened iced tea. Everything was amazing except for the tea. Unfortunately, the tea was very old and fermented. I am glad I didn’t continue to drink it and get food poisoning. I did reach out to the company directly about this. I hope the team at this location gets retrained on food safety.

I won't ever go back till they fix the exit driveway leaving the drivethru. There is literally a 10'x10' section of crushed and depressed concrete that is over 8" deep. I've seen multiple cars (including mine) bottom out everytime I've used the drivethru. Ive also seen broken car bumper plastic in the hole of death. If I was an owner it would be my top priority, it's a shame you have let this get this bad for so many YEARS!
