Quite possibly the best bbq on the planet!!
They had lots of gluten free choices.. all meat and sauces are gluten free. Although they served the food with 4 huge slices of bread which seems unnecessary and is totally cross contamination. The brisket was melt in your mouth amazing! The garlic Parmesan potatoes were very delicious!
They catered lunch for a sales meeting I hosted in West Des Moines. We selected Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese and Kue salad. Food was excellent! It was hot and delicious. On site set was great and helpful to walk into a lunch ready to go. I'm looking forward to eating in sometime, but I HIGHLY recommend them for catering needs.
Every time I order from here they are always so nice over the phone! The food is always good, the medium BBQ sauce is perfect and shoutout to Travis who is friendly and gives great customer service. Favorite have to be the cornbread muffins and, burnt ends and mac!
