Okay, I'm ready to finally admit it: this is the best ribs place in Iowa, St. Louis style, and fantastic. The mild sauce is my favorite.
Great ribs and brisket. Mac and cheese and beans are amazing. Soda cans available, among other options. The sauce options at the table provide for a multitude of flavor options, but they're not bad by any means, and surely it gives me opportunity to enjoy the meat flavor here all the more. Been here plenty of times, and the high quality doesn't deviate.

Quite possibly the best bbq on the planet!!
They had lots of gluten free choices.. all meat and sauces are gluten free. Although they served the food with 4 huge slices of bread which seems unnecessary and is totally cross contamination. The brisket was melt in your mouth amazing! The garlic Parmesan potatoes were very delicious!

The meat and sauces were amazing. The side dishes were subpar. Everything else felt cheap. No soda machines, and you have to buy soda by the can. A lot of Styrofoam use. Excess supplies are stored in the dining area. The staff is amazing, super friendly, and eager to help.

Excellent stop for lunch recommended by friends in town. Don’t sleep on the Mac-n-cheer and ranch sides for whatever you eat. All sauces good but think the Sow Money was my favorite. Wings were not my favorite, but still glad I tried them.
