First visit and everything was top notch. Service was fast and friendly, food came out quick and hot, the place was very clean. The manager also came out with one of their new dishes for us to try. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Ordered through Doordash and picked up in the drive through. The lady working the window was hustling to get orders ready quick as they were busy. She was great. Order was accurate and food tasted really good. Didn’t catch her name but her hard work stood out.

We have always been big fans of Noodles & Co. Stopped by the Hickman Rd. Location on 9/23/24. Since it's a newer location, we figured it would be a nice experience. Boy were we wrong. The counter staff was polite, but once we received our food, we were extremely disappointed. Super small portions compared to what we're used to. The most concerning part was how filthy dirty the place was. The men's room was a mess and the floors and areas around the soft drink dispenser looked liked they are rarely deep cleaned. The hall way by the restrooms was cluttered with paint cans and other items. I have to ask, Were you really ready to open for business? As a result of this experience, we will not be returning to this Noodles & Co. To the owner and management staff. Please clean up your business.

My order was not correct. I asked for a protein to be added to my noodles and did not receive it. If I’m paying extra for something, I’d like it to be there. I even called them 4 times to ask about it and see if I can get a refund and nobody answered.

Took more than 40 minutes to get food out, online orders were running late, they need to staff the evening rush better or something. I’ve never had a Noodles experience this poor.

I have ordered from this location twice online and both times parts of my meal were missing. The first time was an easy fix but the second time I had to substitute a cookie in place of a rice crispy treat since they were out of the rice crispies. If something is out of stock, it shouldn't be able to be ordered online! I was very upset, since the only reason I ordered was to get the rice crispy. I will not be ordering from here again.

I've eaten at Noodles locations for many years. Sadly they've reduced portion sizes and raised menu prices to the point we won't eat here. Tried 3 times to give ample opportunity after their recent opening, but we always leave disappointed. The biggest disappointment is always the very little amount of sauce, so half the noodles are dry. They've also cut corners with serving ware as they used to have ceramic bowls and real forks, now it's just disposables whether you're taking out or not. Fast food quality at fast casual prices. You're better off supporting any of the locally owned restaurants.

This was the most pleasant group of workers, and it felt so rare and refreshing to get food here after a long day of work. I would highly recommend the Hickman Noodles and Company in Waukee, Iowa!
