Manager Ryan is a mensch! ?? We actually had a great experience despite/because of a problem. There was an issue with our delivery not getting to us on time, we called to check on it, and the manager, Ryan, went above and beyond, totally out of his way, to apologize and make it right (even though the situation was pretty much out of his control). We really appreciated the way it was handled and how Ryan clearly cared about doing things well. Will definitely order here again!
Ordered delivery. We got all of our food but a 2 liter, so we called just to let them know, the GM came and delivered and apologized and gave us a free pizza card which was not expected but so kind, and shows they care about their costumers! Such a good location!
We got a pepperoni pizza with a garlic, stuffed crust. We ordered ten minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to accept our order. Which we are grateful for. It was a perfect dinner after a long day of work :)
