Been to a lot of Pizza Ranch locations before. This was by far the worst one we’ve been too. Took my family here recently and the food and service were NOT good at all. Saw the same 4-5 pizzas and chicken on the buffet the entire time we were there. A lot of items were cold and not fresh. When I went to ask if more pizzas and chicken were coming out, I got a response of what do you want us to make? It should never get to the point where you have to ask a customer what they want. We are paying a lot of money for this buffet. Should be a lot of hot options and should always have more food coming out of the oven. I’m convinced there was not any pizza in the oven nor the warmer in the back. Also, wouldn’t you want hot and fresh chicken for your customers? Isn’t that what you are known for? Highly disappointed by our experience….

The chicken was so delicious!! Pizza was great. The bar was packed with food.
I went here with my family for dinner. We had (on my bill) 4 adults one child, so nearly $80 later, left there hungry annoyed and felt like we were basically being pushed out the door. They were vacuuming the floors had bus buckets on the table next to us(they only had one other table of people there)( place was basically empty ) Rolling up the floor rugs while we were still in there sitting at our table clearly all attempting to eat our food. There was barely any pizza on the buffet, and what was there, not very kid friendly but plenty of cheese sticks, No potatoes but was gravy, hard fries, chicken was icky, no desserts until we were walking out the door. Then after we left 3 of four adults having stomach/bowel issues and the child(2yr old) as well. I will not be recommending this place and will be asking for a refund.

Came in at 8:30ish for buffet and was greeted buy a guy named Ryan. I was fully expected older pizza but I just wanted some dessert pizza. He asked us if there was anything we for sure wanted, making sure we got everything we needed fresh. He did a phenomenal job at making sure we were taken care of and has by far some of the best customer service I've experienced at any pizza ranch location!

Best service I have ever had from a server named Ryan and would go back anytime
This was the site. Of our family gathering and we were able to have a private room. Food was excellent and plentiful, with a wide selection of choices. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend it.

We arrived around 1pm. The chicken was old and dry - the pizza selection, well, there were only 3 warmish pizzas on offer. We understand it was after the main lunch rush, but if you're open all day you need to replace the old pizzas and chicken. The staff were very nice and made fresh cheese sticks which were good, although it seems they've reduced the amount of cheese on all their pizza products.
