Ate here today (9/20/2025) and the first thing that happened was cups were all dirty and also had water spots on them. Second, the only available drink options were coke and diet coke because they are switching to pepsi products. Okay??? Then switch??? Third, the tables were sticky and the high chair was sticky. Lastly, the chicken was not fully cooked. I’ve never had this experience at a Pizza Ranch before, but I probably would not return to this one.

My son LOVES Pizza Ranch on this Birthday, I believe this is our 3rd year doing this. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food is just okay to me but everyone has their own opinion. I do love the dessert pizza and cookies.

I’m updating my review from a few years ago when I rated this location one star. At the time, the restaurant was filthy and poorly managed, but I’m happy to say that’s no longer the case.
During our recent visit, I was genuinely impressed by how clean everything was. The staff were friendly and management checked in on our table more than once to make sure we had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, there is one lingering issue that is difficult to overlook: the food sitting under the heat lamps. Because this location doesn’t get much traffic, even on a Sunday during prime dinner time, most of the buffet food ends up sitting too long. The fried chicken, pizzas, and sides were dried out and stale from being under heat lamps for too long.
It’s a shame because the food here is excellent. We ordered three made-to-order pizzas during our visit, and all of them were hot, fresh, and perfect. If more guests came through, I imagine the buffet food would reflect that same quality.
This is a big step up from my last visit.

We've been going here for years and watching the slow decline in quality but yesterday was the worst I've experienced. I'll start with the good - the staff are always consistently friendly and the claw/toy machines are numerous and have cute things in them for kids.
They turned off the dessert pizza heat lamps and put the dessert pizzas in with the regular which means decreased space for actual pizza. The selection of actual pizza was weird stuff. There should always be at least a couple simple, basic options available on a buffet like pepperoni and cheese.
Then we go to the drink machine and about 2/3 of the drink names are blanked out. Three of the four teas were unavailable as were the Hi-C, lemonade, powerade options. There were three pops, one tea and water. Three of the four of us couldn't get what we usually drink there.
Then we go to select a table. A large section of seating was blocked off. Of what was left there were maybe three open tables and two of them were dirty.
Back to the food. The chicken looked like it had sat there long enough to dry out. They brought out a couple of skillet chocolate chip cookies. My kids were excited and started trying to scoop them onto their plates. Much like last time we were there, they weren't cooked through. They were still doughy/gummy in the middle so I told my kids not to eat them. Even with trying to be a little selective, two of us felt queasy by the end of the meal.
My family has long enjoyed Pizza Ranch and this location used to be good quality food and selection. Time to try a different location.
Friendly staff, well stocked buffet with enough variety to have plenty for most people.
