This scooters location has the longest wait I’ve ever had for coffee anywhere. I ordered online and had to wait in line for 20 minutes for my coffee. When I got to the window they had forgotten what coffee was mine and had to ask for my name again.

Scooters is always my go to in the morning and today was no different while visiting family in Waukee. Went to the drive-through to get three drinks, the lady taking the orders really needs help with customer service. All she kept saying was is that it is that it. As a small business owner, I know how important customer service is. Maybe work with this individual in hopes that you get five star reviews in the future. Today is Saturday, October 18.

the two gals working about 1 oclock on 1/18/24 were awsome i ordered a iced daydreamer and they made it better , fast and efficient, ! greeted with a big smile! management should give these gals a raise !
