I ordered take out and when we took our sandwich out the bun was moldy!! Not sure how whoever made it could not see the green mold all over the bun. I did get my money back and they were very nice about it.

We’re new to the waukee area and decided to give Scornovacca’s a try. Me and my family went last Saturday. Food was okay, mediocre at best. Compare able to Olive Garden. However our waitress was the best. She was nice and very considerate despite having to multitask with her being the only person working there. She definitely deserves a raise!

I was picking up a DoorDash and it was very busy at the time. A lot of people were in the lobby waiting for pizzas. I waited 45 min to be told they no longer knew where my order went. Unfortunately, it’s the people up front that take the heat and it isn’t their fault. The girl up front was obviously stressed and needed help. However, I had to explain two to customers over the phone, that I could not pick up there order because it was lost. I personally lost money and my time was taken when I waited for my orders that never were made. I asked the lady up front if there was anything she could do to make up for my time and money and all I was offered was a cookie. I was upset but took it and left. I left with a cookie and lost $35. This place needs to hire more people. One person can’t wait tables and manage take out at peak time.

This was the most disappointing ordering and pickup process ever. I'd leave zero stars but not possible. I wanted to cheer a family member up after a horrible day and bring her dinner. She requested this place. It was the one thing that I could actually do in the given situation. Wrong. Ordered it and when I went to pick up only half was done. Even though it was past the listed pick up time. The ladies in the back kept opening the warmer door acting seriously confused. The lady in the front kept taking the ticket back there. Im assuming to show them what was still missing. It was obvious they didnt understand the order. Wasn't even trying to understand the order. Sat there for 20 minutes watching this go on. Finally after that I just asked for a refund. The half of the order that was actually done was getting old and cold just sitting there. It was literally almost an hour after ordering. AN HOUR. And it wasn't even busy. At all. God only knows how long I would of sat there for the other half of the order. Probably another hour considering the girls in the kitchen was too busy running around confused. The only highlight was at least the girl in the front was super friendly and very apologetic. Would recommend to avoid this place if u want to actually eat food the same day u order.

Ordered to go lunch for work. We did not get either of our salads that came with our spaghetti. We were told that everything would be done by 12:10, did not get done until 12:30. The two Italian beef sandwich boxes were mushed together, see picture. Very disappointing.

I based my order on the pics that were on their website and let me say we were very happy! I was picking up pizza to bring back for our 6 year olds birthday party and everyone else loved it also! We will make an almost 2 hr drive to have this again! The girl up front was super nice also!

The day we went they were very under staffed. It was about 2:30pm on a Thursday. They had a large group there. I dont fault the business. People with more than 6 in their group should call a head. We went in and were there and not even acknowledged. We left because it was going to take a long time. They were also out of many drinks that the seated people wanted. In the past we have been there and it was great. The food is usually good.

I live 2 blocks from the store. We just got a cold pizza. They said 8:20 pm pi kup. It's cold. I'm done with you guys. 25 bucks for a cold pizza, not anymore.
