First time! The staff was awesome. Friendly and helpful as can be. I chose to eat in- you can order from a person or a kiosk- I did the kiosk. Pretty straight forward to use.
Mix of tables and booths for seating plus a patio area. Double drive through option as well. Very clean inside. Including the bathroom. Seating for 60 inside? Not sure on that. Beverage and condiment stations well organized and easy to get to.
I had the 3 and 3- 3 tenders and 3 wings. Chose buffalo sauce for my wings. There were at least 10 options for sauces, probably more. Side of macaroni and cheese for an uncharted of .79 cents. Instead of fries.
The tenders were small. Okay flavor, more chewy than other places which wasn't my personal favorite. Wings good- came with 2 dips of choice. I had blue cheese and ranch. Both good. A piece of buttered toast, too. Toast I didn't like. Mac and cheese was very good.
Total $16 and change. Meal came with a drink. IDK if I will go again, but am super glad I tried them out. Des Moines has a tough chicken market!!! Lots of competition.

Stopped for lunch. Only car in the drive through. Took over five minutes waiting at the window for a chicken sandwich meal that cost $13.00+. While it was a good sandwich waiting that long for it and it's one of the only food items on the menu....đ

The menu says 1400 calories for a chicken sandwich meal. Im not sure how, the sandwich was basically a slider with how thin it was. Competitors give you twice the amount.

I just got a pick up order through their drive thru. I donât know why they donât have more customers?! The employees were amazing and went above and beyond! The food was soooooo good, once we got home it was gone in like 5 mins. I had the chicken sandwich meal and my husband had the chicken wrap. I would highly recommend! More people need to branch out and try Slim Chickens because this food is amazing.

This another great Georgia franchise and once again it's not nearly as good as locations in other states because they are doing things the Iowa way (The Iowa way means doing it halfway). Most of the time I get orders to go the chicken is rarely hot, they cheat you out of items you order almost everytime and they take much longer than locations in other states. This location is not as clean as most locations in other states and the chicken fingers are smaller. I have been overcharged 2 times and they have not been open that long. This place will not be around long. Georgia has some great Chicken franchises like Chick-fil-A , Slim Chickens and Zaxbys but if they do things the Iowa way they will not be as good. 3 times I was in they were washing the floors down with a hose and they were plating food at the same time and I have never seen this before

Get the Chicken Club! It was so perfectly juicy! Also, their app grants rewards. You can either order from the kiosk or there's usually someone up front to help you. You get a free brownie if you answer the survey on the receipt. This is my second time coming here, and my first time eating in. The restaurant was extremely clean, prices are decent, quality is good, and the staff was very welcoming. Brayden helped us and although she hadn't been there long she answered any questions she could. The food took a little longer than usual but it was worth the wait!

We ordered online both times we tried. Their online ordering is very detailed and you get to see exactly what you ordered. Unfortunately, no one at the restaurant actually bothers to look at it. They messed up everyoneâs sauce orders the first time we ordered from them, but the food was pretty good. This time I donât think they even tried. You pay extra to have chicken strips âsaucyâ we did for 3 orders. They didnât sauce anyoneâs strips just included 10 dipping cups of ranch didnât even give us dipping cups for the sauces we ordered. The wings order was sauced but not with the right one. It was sweet chili we are pretty sure instead of Korean BBQ. The wings were overcooked and dry. Fries, mushrooms, and salad were okay. We wonât be returning, there are plenty of quality local places to order from.
