This is the second time I’ve gone here and been told I can’t get what I want and have to drive to the location on university who then makes my order for me because they aren’t lazy. I was told this location was “out of chocolate ice cream” because I wanted a shake but she hesitated and giggled when she told me so I know she was lying. I know I showed up a little prior to an hour till close but you are acting like I’m asking you to do an impossible task…it’s a shake. I would love to see what these people do when they are adults if they can’t even make a simple shake. I’m really tired of this location although it is convenient for me so that is why I kept trying. But when you do order from here they will always hand out that machine and say “it’s gonna ask you a question.” You can’t even do your job, but you want a tip.

Honestly dont think of Smokey Row for their breakfast sandwiches but try them. They're really good. I mainly stop for a flavor coffee when the need strikes but this time I was short of breakfast. Not disappointed.

This is suck good coffee...sometimes. they thought it would be fun to put normal milk in my coffee before a 6 hour bus ride then a 7 hour plane ride. Lucky it just made me need the bathroom a few times. But please never again.

Three of us ladies visited early afternoon 2/13/25 for nice warm soup on a very cold and windy day. This was all of our first time at a Smokey Row. We all had the Cheeseburger Chowder, which was excellent!! Our waitress, Eliza, was very cheerful and efficient. We will definitely return!!

20 minutes for a couple of breakfast sandwiches, got a sausage biscuit sandwich, ordered the breakfast sandwich that comes on toast. Biscuit fell apart when eating.
