Every time I walk into this Starbucks, I’m greeted with a genuine “Good morning,” which always starts my day on the right note. The staff here is consistently helpful and attentive, balancing in store customers and the drive through with ease.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting comfortable seating, clean tables, and a relaxing vibe that makes it a great place to sit and enjoy your drink or get some work done. Service is also impressively fast, even during busy times.

Overall, this location delivers excellent customer service and a welcoming environment every single time. Highly recommend!

I dont really ever have the chance to come to this Starbucks location but whenever I do, I leave with the biggest smile on my face. The workers are very helpful, has fast service and always show such kindness. If I can rate this location higher than 5 stars I would. I'm thankful for their wonderful service.

This location is awesome. The guy with the long dark hair is always so sweet and wonderful. As well as the other guy with the longer lighter hair, he’s so kind. They always make my cappuccino great, which I appreciate. Consistently excellent! All the workers here are truly the best. This Starbucks honestly feels like a small coffee shop with familiar faces, which I love.

Me and my team came from Texas to participate in the national speech and debate competition. And can I just say, the experience here was wonderful. The food was splendid, cake pops, sandwiches, apple croissant, and of course the coffee, it was all wonderful, and came out in a timely manor. When I ordered the lady taking my order recognized my nails! This made me happy, and we exchanged a few words. Most notably, however, a friend of mine had came with us but due to financial limitations was going to not order anything. A kind women, Beth, noticed this and covered her. Kindness goes a long way. Anyway, we thoroughly appreciated our visit. 10/10!

Walkin order.

No expectation set of extended wait.

7 minutes after waiting still no hot coffee.

When i asked how long I was advised they were down to q coffee bar so would be several more minutes.

TREAT CUSTOMERS TOME RESPECTFULLY.

Do not decide for them they can wait as long as whatever your extended time is today, especially when your operating practices are outside of your normal routine.

While taking there order
BEFORE cashing them out
Explain wait times
Ask if that is ok
If not provide an alternative like an American instead...
maybe even on the house if they are a regular to your location
tell them when you expect to be back to normal operation

-They consistently have awesome drive thru and lobby service - Better than any Starbucks I’ve been to. They’ve made a mistake a time or two but always fix it with no questions asked.
-When ordering online via DoorDash, etc. If they are out of something they just write it on an empty bag and give it to you like that. Why don’t they call and ask for exchange, or even 86 it off of their online system, etc? The app does not give you the full refund for the item you don’t get.. I’m not sure they realize that.

Just left the drive thru and if the guy working didn't love his job I couldn't tell. He seemed very happy to get our order the way we wanted it and had the biggest smile to match his personality. Our coffee is super yummy.
