S/O to Sherri ❤️ I went through the drive through Tuesday morning with both my daughters in the car before school. I had just paid for my coffee and was waiting for it when my almost 2 year old started projectile vomiting. It scared me half to death.. I swerved out of the line without my coffee and parked terribly in the pick up spots. Hopped out of my car, grabbed my daughter and started undressing her. I had clothes everywhere, throw up on the ground and out walks Sherri with my coffee. She put it in my cupholder and immediately started grabbing towels to help me clean up not only the car seat but my sick baby!! Her kindness meant the world to me. Crazy the amount of times I’ve been in a situation like that and nobody offers to help. People like Sherri make the world a better place❤️ THANK YOU SHERRI! Truly.

Morning, I don’t ever review places because one review my not give the whole story. This is not a review of the Starbucks but the guy at the window. Everyone here is awesome with the exception of the tall tall white guy. He has the personality of wet pasta. He may hate his job ??♂️ He is in the wrong line of work. Going to the other Starbucks, even though it’s crazy busier and farther away.

One of the few Starbucks that keep stir sticks under the counter. Have to make a special request for a stir stick. Same with sugar. Atmosphere is excellent. One of the few Starbucks that doesn’t have music blaring. Patio is nice. Easy to access and exit.

It was late afternoon and I needed something that had no caffeine, and not coffee or tea. What a challenge! But the barrista came through with the most delicious apple drink! Starbucks never disappoints!

They never make the drinks right. They are so inconsistent. If you want a glass of milk with a splash of coffee please go here. Also yesterday they wanted to charge me 10 dll for 2 shots of espresso and ice. It’s ridiculous

Best Starbucks in the metro. Gabby is our favorite barista but they’re all always kind and courteous and we get our drinks and food quick and accurate every time. Thanks for the great service!
Bakery and sandwiches are great. Coffee not so much. Special coffees way too much sugary!

Was hoping I could give this place a better rating as it’s a Starbucks I would frequent often. Unfortunately, I had a poor first experience . I went around 11 and ordered one drink. While in line to order, a couple workers that were off shift came to collect their tip money. Doing so is clearly not the issue, but the manner in which it was done was poor etiquette. 1) Paying customers were forced to wait in line whilst this was taking place. Furthermore, there seemed to be an issue with tip amounts for one of the employees making the process even longer. 2) This is something that should never take place in front of customers, this is customer service 101. These things need to be handled by a Manager and in a way that isn’t detrimental to the customer or image(just seemed very unprofessional). To edge out the experience, I waited 30 mins for one drink in an otherwise not very busy store. Lastly, my drink was so thick I couldn’t drink it through the slit in the lid or through a straw. I hope the service and quality improves because it’s in a great location.

Ordered an Americano through drive but received a black coffee with some sort of sweetener added. I was their only customer at the time. More training on how to make drinks is needed.

I was frustrated after what happened to me today but after I saw the reviews it make sense looks like it’s something been happening at this place, I ordered a couple of times from this location and my order was messed up so today I was ordering as normal through the drive-through and I had a girl taking my order. She asked me what I wanted and then in the middle of me telling her my order, she asked me to repeat and repeat it and then when she repeated the order back to me, it was wrong so I repeated myself again and then I asked her to extra warm up the cheese danish, and she said they cannot do that when I always ask them to do that and they were able to do it so clearly she was new or not knowing what she’s doing and I was patient through all of that and acting nicely and then she had an attitude and she literally yelled at me name ?? she’s the one who was mad so I asked to talk to someone else and then the guy who talk to me the first thing he said I’m sorry you’re gonna have to talk to whoever you’re talking to. I was like OK but she’s not getting what I’m saying and he was like then we need to be patient!!!! Can you see your order on the screen when the screen was off!! I was like yeah the screen is off so there were the one who is mad at me because I wanted my order to be right that’s all I want it !!! I don’t know what’s going on at this location but all I know is the manager need to have a talk with his employees about a customer service and explain what customer service to them because apparently they get mad at you if you want to your order to be right because you have to take whatever they serve you?!!!
