Ordered a drink in app for pickup 5 minutes prior to arriving. Waited for over 15 minutes for my drink and when I tried to ask about the status of my drink no one would answer me. Ended up having to leave without my drink because waiting was going to make me late for work. I am very disappointed in their service times. Even during a rush over 20 minutes still without a drink is INSANE and honestly unacceptable

The servers have always been friendly. Kudos to them! Today the drive through was not moving at the pace it normally does for a Starbucks. My mocha tasted off, which is not what a Starbucks coffee drinker expects and pays for. Please make sure measurements and liquid temperatures are exact. It makes a huge difference in the taste of the Starbuck products.

I've recently had to put down a loved furry friend two mornings ago, it's been heavy on my heart and has been more painful than I thought it would be, the next day I had to go to work despite what had happened... I went to go grab a coffee in hopes to make myself feel a little better, but what I didn't expect was when I came through this very drive thru, the employees have shown me so much kindness and it really made my day, they perfectly made my coffee and were the sweetest people❤️ so thank you everyone that was there during that, I hope y'all's manager sees this and gives you guys a raise, like honestly these baristas are the kindest people I've met since moving here, so seriously, thank you guys for making my day after a hard event❤️🩹

The barista, Taylor was so kind and helpful. Im a new mom and I came in for a quiet place to drink my coffee and hang out with my baby while we waited for my daughter’s next appointment. Taylor went above and beyond to make our experience great and made sure we were taken care of 😊 truly all of the employees were so nice!

S/O to Sherri ❤️ I went through the drive through Tuesday morning with both my daughters in the car before school. I had just paid for my coffee and was waiting for it when my almost 2 year old started projectile vomiting. It scared me half to death.. I swerved out of the line without my coffee and parked terribly in the pick up spots. Hopped out of my car, grabbed my daughter and started undressing her. I had clothes everywhere, throw up on the ground and out walks Sherri with my coffee. She put it in my cupholder and immediately started grabbing towels to help me clean up not only the car seat but my sick baby!! Her kindness meant the world to me. Crazy the amount of times I’ve been in a situation like that and nobody offers to help. People like Sherri make the world a better place❤️ THANK YOU SHERRI! Truly.

Morning, I don’t ever review places because one review my not give the whole story. This is not a review of the Starbucks but the guy at the window. Everyone here is awesome with the exception of the tall tall white guy. He has the personality of wet pasta. He may hate his job ??♂️ He is in the wrong line of work. Going to the other Starbucks, even though it’s crazy busier and farther away.

One of the few Starbucks that keep stir sticks under the counter. Have to make a special request for a stir stick. Same with sugar. Atmosphere is excellent. One of the few Starbucks that doesn’t have music blaring. Patio is nice. Easy to access and exit.

It was late afternoon and I needed something that had no caffeine, and not coffee or tea. What a challenge! But the barrista came through with the most delicious apple drink! Starbucks never disappoints!

They never make the drinks right. They are so inconsistent. If you want a glass of milk with a splash of coffee please go here. Also yesterday they wanted to charge me 10 dll for 2 shots of espresso and ice. It’s ridiculous
