Came here to shoutout RYAN! He is one amazing human being! Not only does he radiate happiness and kindness through and through but he is truly a quality employee. He makes us feel welcomed and valued each time we stop into this Starbucks location (waukee Grand Prairie). I truly hope they know how lucky they are to have him. (Starbucks—you’ll want to make sure he stays!)

I never leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to call out the service and attitude of everyone who works at this location. Let me start with I am not a Starbucks fan (or wasn't, I should say). But my grand daughter is coming to visit and I know she loves it, so I thought I'd get her a gift card, and figured I'd order a cup of coffee and sit down for the 15 minutes I had to kill. I ended up staying almost half an hour and in that time I understand why Starbucks can charge what they do. The nice man working (ryan) was so cheerful. He poured my coffee in a nice heavy duty mug. I'm not sure if that's just this location, or if all do this, but it was an unexpected nice touch. He walked my coffee out to me in my chair. He went back to his computer and helped EVERY customer with the same enthusiasm. A few minutes later, he took off his apron and sat down for a break. While sitting at his table, he jumped up and greeted several people walking in, and engaged them in chatter. I was impressed by how genuine this man was. No one is THAT nice in any of the Starbucks I've ever been to. What impressed me more was that his replacement at the register was just as friendly and sweet! She was a younger girl whos name I didn't catch. As I sat and enjoyed my coffee, I noticed EVERYONE at this location mirrored this attitude. This is an incredibly well run location, and I felt it necessary to recognize the great team here. Good job! Thanks, Charles

This Starbucks is amazing! The number of people here on a Friday is insane and they are grinding away. The drive thru employee keeps saying “Good morning!” In a kind chipper way as if they’re not overwhelmed. They also are asking anyone waiting to make sure they’re getting them their drink. Kudos to this team!
