Today I had a DoorDash order, I was supposed to be picked it up at 6, I waited for over an hour close to about 1:40 minutes. The manager was rude and the employees seemed to be too high out of their mind to operate. Later ordered food from them and it was terrible and was made wrong. Everyone seemed to have a negative attitude and the manager didn’t even offer or apologize for how long we were stuck waiting here being told it was almost done over an hour ago, everytime we asked about it they responded with it was almost done. And I keep seeing customers coming in with the wrong orders. I ended up just dropping the DoorDash order they didn’t seem to be progressing in the DoorDash order and were super immature and didn’t care about us wasting our time there. I didn’t wanna be somewhere where it seemed so toxic and like I wasn’t cared about as a customer I had to listen to the customer for the DoorDash angry and irritated that they don’t have their food and I had no answer I could give them, every time I asked about the order the employees seemed irritated with me and I wasn’t even sure what I had done: I’m not rude I work in fast food too, I’m just disappointed that this specific location has had all this time to improve but I feel as if they just get worse and worse. I think Taco Bell is ruined for us.

Food was good, did take a bit to get it though. The inside seating area was a little cold but was a cold day.
I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla. And one grilled cheese burrito. Quesadillas was ok. But grilled cheese burrito was worst I ever had. Smelling bad I just put in the trash. When I called them they are asking to come after 4 p.m . You loose your regular customer.

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to! I may come here too often though because they know me by name. 10/10 management and staff food is always made fresh.
They didnt have fries so they gave me nachos instead. Always very good and fresh, never forgets the napkins or sauces. Friendly, professional service

We were told to order with kiosk. They were not busy, only 3 people inside. None in drive thru. We left and went to Taco Johns. They were glad to take our order in person. Tired of excuse that we can’t hire enough people!

just stopped to get some food, super hard and cold, I'm guessing it was just sitting there for a while, I eat at taco bell every once in awhile and usually food is good, but lately it's been not so good.

pretty sweet people, Collin rocks lol. went here almost every day for a month (i promise it was just on my way home ??) , had a sauce or smaller food item missing here and there (hence not 5 stars exact,) but still a relatively reliable lil place :) out of all the taco bells i’ve been to, this is my favorite :) thank you all for ur nacho fry service for the last month!!

Amazing service. Collin was responsive, attentive and very patient with my large order even though the store was swamped and they were understaffed. COLLIN DESERVES A RAISE. This is our favorite Taco Bell in the entire Des Moines area. Collin should be the new face of Taco Bell.
