First of all, I am an avid Taco Bell lover. I love to live mas, unfortunately this location always lets me down.
Tonight, my husband and I placed a mobile order. When we pull up to the window to give them the name, the person working lets us know they are out of cheese. How are you out of cheese? You sell tacos, burritos, & quesadillas. All of which are enjoyed with cheese on top..
Not only was no cheese upsetting and negatively impacting my overall enjoyment of my meal, they also didn’t grill the burritos like we had requested, nor did we receive any sauce packs. I should have checked before we left, I understand that- I was way more naive & foolish 15 minutes ago.. But how hard is it to throw in a couple milds for a lady?
I am super disappointed as this is my local Taco Bell, I will go to other locations from now on.
Please get some management that cares about the quality & service of this location.

Just ordered taco bell on DoorDash. They managed to leave out my cheese for my nacho fries, hot sauce, and a straw for my freeze. Last time I ordered was in person and I still had missing items and the quality has gone completely down. It’s always cold.

This taco bell place is sooo good first time visiting this taco bell the food was hot juicy and cheesy and they worked together as a team definitely will be coming back instead of going to the 22nd location in wdm

Im honestly impressed. I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in years and was skeptical of going. The food I got was pretty dang good, like the taste and portion size was awesome. The cantina avo burrito and grilled steak/cheese burrito were delicious actually. Packed with meat and rice, there was no skimping. Nacho fries and cinnamon twists were pretty good too. But I was not expecting the food to be that good.

Dirty place! Employees all seemed high on drugs. Didn’t even want to take our orders after waiting for 15 minutes we had an employee off the clock help us. Shout out to Niko! Charger us for 4 spicy ranch they gave us 1 spicy and 3 avocados because they were lazy to fill more. Definitely don’t recommend!!
This location gave us all the wrong ingredients. It was missing 90% of what we requested and what was actually given was ridiculous (soft taco shell with cold cheese & 2 tint bits of meat). I almost don't ever write reviews for fast food but this was so stupid I felt the need to.

I just spent an hour in the drive thru with no option for a refund (waiting for a mobile order) and when I finally received my food they gave me someone else’s order. I get that it’s late and you’re busy, I didn’t mind waiting patiently, but don’t stay open if you can’t provide acceptable service. This was a free for all.
