Tonight was a bit different. Superbowl kills drive thru places. But the made sure all my food was fresh and hot. I don't mind waiting if it means my ole's aren't soggy.

Great food but the crew on duty never said more than "use the kiosk" and here's your food" then they missed giving us part of our order. We were the only people in the lobby too so they were not too busy. Just a few cars in the drive thru.

Got chicken tacos. I have never had dried out, chewy, inedible chicken from Taco Johns before today...this was disgusting! I literally couldn't even chew up some of the chicken. It was runny and messy and spilled onto my clothes. I have never had food be this disgusting from Taco John's! The woman that took my order was less than helpful and very unfriendly. She seemed annoyed I asked any questions and got my order wrong saying beef tacos. When I corrected it she said that's what she had said. I only ate about 1/3 of one of the tacos and couldn't eat anymore. What a waste of money! I won't be back to this place!

I ordered online tonight and was told to pull around to the front since my order wasn't ready when I arrived ten minutes later. She said they'd bring it to me when it was ready. I watched all the other cars in the drive thru get served their orders and leave while I continued to wait. Twenty minutes later I went in to find my food sitting on the counter. They gave me my food when I explained who I was and how long I'd been waiting. No apology, no offer to make me hot food, just nothing. The food is overpriced so they should seriously offer better service to make up for it. Service is always slow, but the food is usually decent which is why I give it the second star.

I particularly love coming in the evening bc the manager I believe her name is Julia and the workers are absolutely awesome! We can’t thank you guys enough for your service and we love bringing our family to your restaurant! Keep it up its hard to find good service and good food for the prices these days but you guys make it worth every penny.

Went through the drive-through. Was fast and helpful with questions about the menu. Also, they asked if I wanted sauce.
I had just biked 73 miles on June 17 and wanted some quick food. Was craving some potato oles. Went to the order window with no one in front of me. Sat there for almost 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. Then ordered a stuffed grilled taco and a small ole. They messed it up 3 times before having me pull forward. Then when I got to the window a rude lady came up and said “we are not serving you. Have a good night.” And shut the window. I then left starving without any food for no reason and will never go back to that location again! I sent in a review elsewhere and also decided to do this one… nasty service!

My bad habit craving. Far superior to the nearby Taco Bell chain in quality of food. Easy to secure free Potato Olés in their app, which is particularly why I keep coming back. Difficult (read: impossible) to eat healthy with this around the corner. I’ve only ever used the drive through, but the wait is short.
