The over-sized Arancini was mostly bread and rice. Product did not match the description: no peas and very little seasoned ground beef. The beef was what you might find in a Taqueria - not a "smashed meatball" from the description. Just a terrible imitation of genuine Arancini.

Staff is super friendly. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Pizza looks like NY pizza but doesn’t taste like NY pizza. It’s close but it’s like you ordered NY pizza from wish. It’s almost there but the sauce is too tangy and not sweet enough. The crust is bland. And most of all when you fold it and eat it NO grease drips out and gets all over you. Anyone knows that if you eat a NY slice in NY you’re going to get grease on you. And here it’s missing. Sorry. I really wanted some NY pizza but this just isn’t it. Nice place though.

Getting pizza by the slice is nice!! They are big and tasty, I spent a little under $10 for 2 slices which wasn't bad at all! Very great service, definitely worth a try if you've never been here!

Ordered pizza yesterday and it was terrible, I am usually happy cause very good pizza, but this time pizza was un eatable,. It was card board, very salty and tasted bad. I also ordered fries and wings. Which I will never do again, fries not cooked all the way and soggy and wings were gross as hell. I live like 5 mins from shop. Very disappointed in the services, won't order delivery again.

Ordered a Tony's Special and side of 6 wings. The pizza was okay ..where were the meatballs?? There were some flat meat pieces that maybe were sliced meatballs🤷, but then where was the sausage? The wings were soooo spicy/hot we could hardly eat them. The gal that took my order asked what kind of dip I wanted with wings and I said nothing spicy..clue to say at this point to say wings are spicy! Anyway, for the price and unsatisfying food, we'll probably never go back here

Delicious pizza, great service, true NY style, and extremely friendly atmosphere. Don't live in town but will stop there next time we are in Des Moines.
I ordered a pizza for pickup, and unfortunately there was a mixup in the kitchen requiring me to wait longer for my order. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. The pizza was fantastic. Great flavor and quality, definitely will be back.

Being originally from NY State, we miss having NY style pizza. So this is our go to. They used to be in Johnston and closer to home but now have locations in Waukee or West Des Moines. I don't mind the drive one bit to go pick up a steaming pie. We enjoy the leftover pizza, either heated in the air fryer or oven or cold from the fridge. We shared the leftovers with our neighbors because we weren't going to be able to eat them. It was the first time they had pizza from there, and they loved it!
