Never been here before but will not be returning. I feel bad for the young kid working here because the woman he works with snapped at him about making my sandwich a large instead of a regular. She seemed annoyed and was walking around with her cell phone in her back pocket while it played annoyingly bad music. She was in and out as fast as possible and left the kid in the kitchen for quite a while. She also slammed a couple of doors. The AC was also out so it was pretty hot on this 90 degree day. Sandwiches were not hot as ordered. Most of the tables were dirty and food was on the floor. I felt like I was an inconvenience at the store for sure. The fries and spicy mayo were good but I can’t deal with the rest again.

I was attending a national event about a mile away, and I don’t think Which Witch was ready for the rush of people at lunch they experienced. The line was out the door when we arrived. Half our party had to head back to the event, half waited for 45 minutes for our sandwiches. The orders were a mess: they were already out of crab salad at lunch; either we didn’t see the condiments ordering on the kiosk system or they asked when they called us up (but half our party had already left); and they got the bread wrong on two of our sandwiches. The fountain drink I ordered wasn’t proportioned right: it tasted sour. Finally, the only regular employee there was apparently training a new employee, and yelled at him in front of the customers. Overall pretty bad experience. We won’t return.

2nd time going here first time was amazing this time not everything was on sandwich that I asked for went home and added things on to sandwich so it wasn’t just bread meat and sauce. Will try again next time.

One clean table to sit down at around 2:30pm. Young male employee assisted us in entering order. Second employee was preoccupied while making our sandwiches…maybe it would have been easier if she removed her sunglasses. She left as quickly as possible leaving male employee to manage restaurant. We finally got our sandwiches. My Turkey Bacon Ranch consisted of a hoagie bun with one slice of thin Turkey, one slice of cheese and no more than a teaspoon of chopped cold bacon sprinkled on the Turkey. Basically they served a 2.5” thick hoagie bun with less than a quarter of an inch of meat and cheese. My partner had a Reuben sandwich and he claims it was the worst Reuben he has ever tried. One bite was all it took. The owner claims you can get a refund, but the web site does not provide anywhere to submit your dissatisfaction. We will never return to this dive. And I would have given a zero star, but that was not an option.

We wanted to try a new sandwich place that we hadn't been to before. First not a single employee said anything to us when we entered. Second no one mentioned that you had to use the kiosk at the counter to order, we ended up having to ask someone if we gave them our order or what.. Anyway, we order our subs, a couple of us got Avocado on our subs and then we sat down. The store itself seems clean and it wasn't too busy. Our name gets called, we notice the dipping sauces we ordered aren't with our food so we ask for those, we also asked for our cups, apparently you're just supposed to reach over the counter and grab them ?♀️. We sit down with our food and notice every sub we added Avocado to does not have Avocado... All in all the food was ok, the fries were good, but definitely won't go back. Customer service was beyond lacking and we were treated like an inconvenience... If the customer service had been better I might give it another try...

Don’t order anything with coleslaw. I’ve tried to get a Turkey Vibewich 3 times. I think they mix a bunch of their greens with mayonnaise and call it coleslaw.

We had 8 people order Which Which for lunch. Everyone's sandwich was poorly wrapped and having the contents falling out in the bag it came in. No one who ordered sides, didn't get them. One person ordered the French dip sandwich and didn't get their au jus. One person was the lucky winner of having the paper that usually separates the cheese included with their sandwich.

We waited over 30 minutes and still didn't have our food. The one employee apologized and said if I left my name and number the manager would contact me. I left my information and tried to call several times with no response. I emailed corporate with no response. I will never go to a which wich again.

Had a great sandwich & fries here today. You could tell the guy working really cared and had good work ethic, and that makes a big difference in my book.

I’m serious when I say this was the most bizarre awful visit. Went in 645 on a Sunday. No one in there. No one addresses me, two girls just standing in the back talking. Order the sub. Take it all the way home and notice I’m missing bacon, tomato, hot peppers, spicy mayo, and red onions. So basically all my toppings. So I get in my car and drive back. Both girls still just standing there in the back until they notice me. I tell them I’m missing all the stuff and they say “yeah we don’t have a lot of that on hand right now”. Wait… I’m standing there while you’re making my sandwich and you don’t TELL the customer you’re out of everything. They knew and sent the sandwich out the door. They couldn’t issue a refund or even make the sandwich correct. So I have to drive all the way home again. I’ll be waiting for a call from Lacey the manager and I’m guessing she won’t get the message so I’ll be on the hunt tracking her down. Mind boggling experience that I’ll tell everyone about! Down right terrible service.

Awful experience! Just skip this placeI Stopped by on a quick 30 minute break from work, my order took longer than 30 minutes to make. I ordered at the drive thru kiosk, the attendant took 10 minutes to notice there was even an order. There was only one patron inside, as I had to pull up to make sure they were open after waiting at the window so long. Then it took an additional 30 minutes to make two bowls. The attendants did not know how to work the credit card machine, thankfully after waiting for 40 minutes I had cash. When my order finally arrived there were no napkins or silverware in the bag. When I asked for these items I was informed they do not have any. I told her I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to eat the bowl without silverware. The attendant just shrugged and said “I can’t find them.” As if I weren’t late enough getting back to work I then had to then make a second stop at the gas station for silverware and napkins. When I did get to finally try the food it was horrible. The attendant put so much salt on the bowl I couldn’t even eat it. Worst ever! Go somewhere else!

Horrible food. Dirty restaurant. No ice. Sandwiches missing vegetables. Only ones there between 11:30-noon. Would not recommend. Wife ordered bacon egg and cheese wrap. No egg present, milky runny substance spread over chopped bacon. Kids sandwich was 90% bread. Did not look very good. Cooked steak sandwich was hardly warm. Lettuce and tomatoes looked terrible. Few options on this side of town. Very worth the drive to go anywhere else.
