For background info, I am a traveling healthcare professional. When we go to new places for contract we like to go to local places rather than chains. Most of the time it’s great. The staff here has to be some of the rudest people we’ve come across. They got the order wrong but shut the window and walked off as soon as I got the order. Didn’t catch their name but the guy at the window seriously acted like it was a bother for us to come there. The ice cream that we tried was fine, but will opt to just go to Dairy Queen for the remainder of this contract. Definitely the worst place I’ve ever stopped as far as customer service is concerned since I’ve been traveling. I’d try a different location or go to DQ.

Went through drive up ordered a quart of chocolate vanilla twist and a banana pudding snowstorm. I am staying in Clarksville and just happened to look in the bag when I was already almost to Clarksville and there was on the quart of ice cream in the bag. So I call them and they proceeded to tell me that yep the banana snowstorm is sitting right here. They told me that I told them I didn't want the snowstorm in the same sack as the quart. No never said no such thing. So I go back to get my snowstorm and told them they was going to make me a new one. Which they did she gives it to and no sorry no thank you have a good night nothing. Sorry but I doubt very much I will come back to this store. They need to work on customer service. It wasn't my fault you guys messed up on my order. Anyways have a good night

Terrible customer service. The one in cedar falls is way better. They messed up our order 3 times, THREW IT in the trash, rolled their eyes multiple times, and forgot 2 of our orders.

The strawberry smoothie ended up being a bunch of snowcone syrup. The grasshopper snowstorm was vanilla ice cream and Oreos so basically an Oreo snowstorm. I don’t like Oreos but for what I paid I’m going to eat it all!

Went into the actual business itself and the walls were COVERED In bugs. Not even just dead ones, live ones on all walls. I even sat down and a bug fell from the ceiling onto the table and almost into my food! I had to wipe bugs off of the tables and chairs. Because of that, we ate outside and there were many wasps nests that were active above the tables. The workers were okay but not friendly by any means, couldn’t even smile or greet you when you walk in, and when they set it on the counter I almost had to reach all the way over the counter just to grab it because they couldn’t even set it farther out.. They really had no hurry in there work and honestly didn’t have a work ethic at all. Can’t say that i will be coming back here due to the bugs and past reviews i’ve read. Very disappointed.

Checked this place out after coming highly recommended (live in Cedar Rapids) - ice cream is amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be coming here for all my ice cream needs in the future when I visit!
I love this place and it's because of the ice cream obviously buy also the price. Think dairy queen but better. The people are nice and the service is quick. I bought a quart of soft serve with blueberry, it was to die for. My other half gets there landslides, she gets everything in it and loves it. A plus, would recommend.
