When we walked in, we were seated at a dirty table when there were plenty of other seats open. The ribs had pretty much no meat and all bones, and the chicken was burnt. When we got our refund, we only got a dollar off a $28 meal! Would not go back there.

Ordered 2salads for takeout. Got all the way home and opened what was supposed to be a chicken Caesar salad. $14! Very small salad and lettuce was wilted and brown. AND, no chicken or dressing!! Drove back to Applebee’s and they had no explanation. Made a new salad and offered $10 off my next visit. Unfortunately, I will not come back as the quality of food has been going downhill for a while now.

Typical Applebee's atmosphere with a feature wall for local sports/athletes. There is a mini library with children's books to keep Younger kids occupied while waiting for food, which is neat. Good food, good service. Beer options weren't very diverse...there should always be a porter or stout on tap.

New to town.stopped in for my favorite. Extra hot wings. And I'm so proud of my server Sara B. She has the personality of an angel. Being a high class professional server for over ten years in galena il..I always had the same positivity she had today. She's over top amazing and genuine. that woman deserves absolute praise and respect. Than you Sara B fir brightening my day and making me proud of you.
Eric the Manager was so helpful! You can tell he is a great manager by how he assists his staff! He’s definitely been in the restaurant industry for a long time and it shows!
