TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Got told it was a 10 minute wait, waited 25 minutes. Got seated at a booth with a table that felt like it was covered in maple syrup, had used napkins on the seat and footprints on the seat. When our server (Delanie) greeted us we asked to be moved and were told we couldn’t move seats and she rolled her eyes when we asked for the table to be wiped. The host was kind enough to do it for us. We ordered water with lemon, the lemons still had stickers on them. I ordered a quesadilla burger and wanted no pink on the patty and my mom ordered a chicken tender basket. My burger came out pink anyway and my mom had RAW tenders. When she finally decided to come check on us we told her the issues and she grabbed our plates and said she’d have the kitchen fry the tenders longer and put my patty on the grill again. When she took it to the back we could hear the kitchen staff talking really loudly. We looked over and they were laughing and pointing at us. We were obviously fully fed up at the point and we asked for a manager but even that wasn’t very helpful. No apologies, no refund. Nothing. Will not be returning. Save yourself the headache and eat somewhere else.

Went to Applebee's for dinner tonight. Worst experience ever! Place was not very busy but no one at hostess station and took a couple minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Were given menus and told server would be with us shortly. 20 minutes later still no server. Made eye contact with several people with no acknowledgement, and watched a couple employees on their cell phones. Walked out and went somewhere else!

We had a 20-30 minute wait. Our waitress was very friendly and brought out hot food. She checked on us a couple times to see if we needed anything else. Another couple behind us also mentioned that our waitress was excellent.

Our server was absolutely the best very upfront about the wait it wasn't that bad but we appreciated the heads up she was very funny and was a pleasure to talk to and be served by we left a generous tip because of how awesome she was, we obviously love the food and will definitely make it a point to go back often ❤️
Waitress was slow and tried to trick me into an 8.00 tip when she deserved nothing ribs were awful and fries were soggy.

When we walked in, we were seated at a dirty table when there were plenty of other seats open. The ribs had pretty much no meat and all bones, and the chicken was burnt. When we got our refund, we only got a dollar off a $28 meal! Would not go back there.
Ordered 2salads for takeout. Got all the way home and opened what was supposed to be a chicken Caesar salad. $14! Very small salad and lettuce was wilted and brown. AND, no chicken or dressing!! Drove back to Applebee’s and they had no explanation. Made a new salad and offered $10 off my next visit. Unfortunately, I will not come back as the quality of food has been going downhill for a while now.

Typical Applebee's atmosphere with a feature wall for local sports/athletes. There is a mini library with children's books to keep Younger kids occupied while waiting for food, which is neat. Good food, good service. Beer options weren't very diverse...there should always be a porter or stout on tap.
