Often stop in early on Saturday mornings, usually just one person working ( the manager ) he very efficiently cooks, handles the drive up and the counter.. A textbook example of organizational skills and very good people skills....

The Waverly BK is out of pickle fries! Yesterday we ordered some and the box was half full of bits and pieces of them. We ordered the burger today that had them on it and couldn't get it because they are out of pickle fries now. Can they go to a BK in CF or Waterloo to get a bag or 2? Also, maybe some way of taking it off of the menu on the app. Because now we have money in limbo from getting a refund.

One of the workers brought her kids to work and they running around the dining area while she was working. The youngest was maybe 6?? He had the mouth of a sailor and was cursing the whole time we were trying to eat. There was an older man that came in to eat supper, he poured his drink while watching the unattended children misbehave and decided to leave. We nodded at him with acknowledgment. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

My husband purchased a Whopper and nobody explained that it's a veggie burger not a hamburger we just spent $27 there about 28 and he said we will not be going back there I spoke with the manager or supervisor or whatever and she's kept apologizing but unfortunately we will not be returning

Good and fast. Today, 8/28/2022 the employees seemed a bit off. The food wasn't hot, and the staff as a whole seemed to lack understanding. Today 10/6/24 the service was awesome. However, the food wasn't hot.

I placed an order in the drive through at 1:41pm. I was told to pull around because the cheesy tots needed to be made fresh. Great I thought! I love food that was cooked recently! 5 minutes later the food was brought to my car. I ate a fresh hot cheesy tot and we were on our way to no more hunger; and only for $40! What a deal! But then... I tried a fry, and a nugget, and the sandwich.. all cold and hard :( They made me wait to cook fresh tots, and then threw a bunch of old expired food in with them that were obviously long over their hold time of 15 minutes. I assume since there was no one else there that this was food that was made over the lunch hour and then sold to me an hour later instead of making it fresh when they obviously had the time to do it. What's worse is that the employee working appeared to be a manager. If BK is going to charge as much for a meal as a local restaurant does, the least they could do is make it hot. Please try.

I showed up around 10:30 last Wednesday for a mobile order. All the lights were on but the doors were locked it appeared as if nobody was there. Not sure what happened but kinda disappointed I didn’t get my food
Today was actually a good day for BK fresh food, good service, no issues!

I think only two people were working there when I went to the drive thru. Nice lady working the window but it was sssssllllllooooooowwwwwwww. Not open very late. Very rare that they offer specialty items like the Texas Whopper.
