Ordered around 6 pm and was delivered the wrong pizza. Called to kindly let them know. Guy was annoyed on phone with my husband and said they would switch out the pizza. After waiting for another hour, my husband called and kindly asked about what time we could expect the pizza and was hung up on. It is now almost 9 o’clock and I guess we aren’t getting a pizza. Driving in to return the pizza and hopefully get our money back. Sad because it is one of the only places that delivered to us. Food flavor was always hit or miss in the past. Service has really gone down at so many places.

I feel like this store gets a lot of bad rep from a lot of people on the reviews and that I've talked to in real life. Idk what is happening to everyone else, but I have always had exceptional service and food from this Dominos. My food always arrives on time, hot, delicious, and accurate. The few times that it has not been accurate and I've called to fix a mistake, they have always done so happily and quickly. There is a driver who usually brings my order and he is always super kind. I think this store deserves some more good reviews

Normally enjoy the food there but this time idk what happened. I asked for extra sauce and they put so much on the pizza that I can't even pull the pizza out the box without the toppings falling off. It's nasty because all I taste is the sauce and not any of the toppings. When I called to complain the guy had an I don't care kind of attitude about it and said he would relay the message. But it's sad that i have to eat a pizza with a fork and knife. And I spent alot of money on this order. So it's very upsetting.

Food was delivered to the wrong address. Was told they had new delivery drivers that messed up and they would remake it and get it to me. Waited another hour and then had to call to see where it was and they said " its friday, we are busy" finally showed up after almost 2 hours of ordering, ice cold. Terrible customer

I ordered 2 different pizzas. They made them both the same. When I called they said I'd have to drive back to their location to pick up other pizza. Also, pizza wasn't good, tasted like it wasnt fully cooked.
