I had called to move up my online order to an earlier time because it was more convenient for me. Jeffrey at Waverly Hy-Vee and Dayton the shopper were very kind. They called me to tell me any replacements on my grocery order and called me to make me aware of when they were starting and when they were finishing with my order. They were very quick,efficient, and great at customer service! Thanks waverly Hy-Vee!

Drove from Independence to eat breakfast at Hy-Vee in Waverly today. Terrible experience! After placing and paying for our order, we waited, and waited, and waited. People coming in long after we had, were being served. I finally went back to the cashier and expressed my concern (told her about the others being served). She went and checked on our order and brought it right out. It obviously had been sitting in the kitchen for a while as my wife’s pancake was COLD, my over-easy eggs were HARD , the hash browns were barely warm! Not our usual experience to say the least.

I picked up my groceries at 7 this morning. I had my stamps just like requested. Earned a penny fuel saver. What I received was great. Three items I wanted were not available: fresh spinach, paper towels and disinfecting wipes. Was not a bad experience overall.

Was in your store today! Waited for 30 minutes at the kitchen/deli to get served! Only 2 employees working and the lady working didn't know anything about what she was doing, her coworker was trying to help all he could! You need to train your help better and have more qualified employees working! What a joke it is at Waverly Hy Vee anymore!

The Breakfast here is Terrible most had no flavor the cinnamon rolls were bad and so were the biscuits. It is really hard to mess up pancakes but somehow they figured out a way to. I gave this a 3 star review because the breakfast is horrible but the groceries are what's making it better.

Normally the workers are very friendly in mornings. But the last couple of times I've been in there the checker has acted like I'm an inconvenience to check out. She needs a lot of work on her customer service skills.

I can't believe we were charged 1.99 for a regular cup of hot cocoa. My coffee was the same size and it was only 93 cents. I was told by the checker that all drink prices had gone up because of the name change to Hickory House. We used to eat there on a regular basis, but your prices are too high and the food always looks dried out.

I want to thank Hy-Vee Waverly for going above and beyond this weekend. I ordered cakes last week to pick up Friday, and, due to a mixup, only one cake was made. They made two new cakes, delivered them to Sumner, all for no charge, and give them a wonderful birthday present, proving again what it means to be a community. Thanks Hy-Vee for making two twins very happy on their 4th birthday!
