For customers basically self serving themselves at Kiosk it was completely unnessary for the staff delivering food to table to be threaten not to deliver food next time because number into kiosk did not match receipt. It was not busy so it wasn't hard to find table. Find more competent staff or improve kiosk. Ridiculous.

Bunch of teenage employees running around messing with customers and the cashier, she seems like the last she wants to do is be there. It feels more like a Middle school recess because of the young employees running from each other and/or messing with customers. Hopefully they would fix those things and train these young employees how to be in a job.

I've had plenty of bad experiences with this mcdonalds. The workers at this place are also all obnoxious and do not do their jobs correctly, and they make people wait longer than 30 minutes in the drive through at night time, I had to wait an hour for fries and a frozen drink. then, I paid over 12 dollars for a minecraft meal, and there was no warning beforehand that there were no boxes.

During rush hour I forgot my burger and called the restaurant to let them know. Whoever answered the phone showed great customer service and told me they’d remake it right away if I was able to pick it up. And yes I sure did go get my Quarter Pounder!!

Depending on my work assignments (I travel around the state for my job), I stop here to get an iced coffee and occasionally food. It is off highway 63/outskirts of Waterloo, so it is a convenient location. It's McDonald's, I have no complaints about staff or the atmosphere, and I know what I'm getting food wise. Plus, I like their coffee.

Completely the slowest Mac Donald's ever on this side of the Canada border!!!!! Came in there and there was 2 people waiting and we ordered and sat down for 23 minutes finally got up and asked where our food was?? Oh yeah we'll have it done in a second. 5 minutes later finally!!!! Ready....... An old lady came in there and ordered a small coffee! A small coffee... It took them 10 minutes to pour out a small coffee!!!!! Yeah I'm sorry but you need to step it up a notch or 2 so you can get to a ladder to climb up higher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
