I've had plenty of bad experiences with this mcdonalds. The workers at this place are also all obnoxious and do not do their jobs correctly, and they make people wait longer than 30 minutes in the drive through at night time, I had to wait an hour for fries and a frozen drink. then, I paid over 12 dollars for a minecraft meal, and there was no warning beforehand that there were no boxes.

During rush hour I forgot my burger and called the restaurant to let them know. Whoever answered the phone showed great customer service and told me they’d remake it right away if I was able to pick it up. And yes I sure did go get my Quarter Pounder!!

Depending on my work assignments (I travel around the state for my job), I stop here to get an iced coffee and occasionally food. It is off highway 63/outskirts of Waterloo, so it is a convenient location. It's McDonald's, I have no complaints about staff or the atmosphere, and I know what I'm getting food wise. Plus, I like their coffee.

Completely the slowest Mac Donald's ever on this side of the Canada border!!!!! Came in there and there was 2 people waiting and we ordered and sat down for 23 minutes finally got up and asked where our food was?? Oh yeah we'll have it done in a second. 5 minutes later finally!!!! Ready....... An old lady came in there and ordered a small coffee! A small coffee... It took them 10 minutes to pour out a small coffee!!!!! Yeah I'm sorry but you need to step it up a notch or 2 so you can get to a ladder to climb up higher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6:30 in the morning and my food obviously was not fresh and all I ordered was a plain egg biscuit and a couple hashbrowns. I also have food allergies which are now triggered by the obvious removal of a sausage patty from my pre-made sandwich and if this ends up being severe, you will be getting a bill from me. Pathetic that even this early you can't get something this simple done correctly.

The women who handed us our food at 11:44pm on 9/11/24 was very disrespectful. And they messed up a simple McChicken And to make matters worse, food was cold asf.
The person who took our order and food was very rude to the people in our car. It also took forever for our food when there was hardly anybody there.

Ordered large meals. Gave us medium drinks. I asked for them to be corrected. The guys said no, they say medium on his screen. I said then why did I get a large fry? He said, it'just the way it is. We asked for salt, ketchup, and straws. and to show him our receipt which clearly said LRGnext to the type of drink. He shut the window on us. Had to go in and have the manager give a large cup. Have us dump the medium and fill our cups! What happened to proper training and customer service?

I ordered off the 1,2 and 3 dollar menu for my nuggets and got a med pop. Total was 1.49 for pop and 3.79 for nuggets. He told me they don't have that anymore . Why is it on the drive up menu list. A little irritated

I ordered online late night and never have an issue with this McDonald’s. Food is always hot and we don’t ever wait very long for our order. It’s always accurate and made correctly. The last order we had had a bad presentation but I wont let that total ruin my grade for the company. When I add an extra sauce or lettuce i expect it to b a little messy. Just please make sure to add napkins! They are key to my happiness in a drive thru. Please HAVE NAPKINS put in BAG!!! Thank you in advance
Parking: It’s a little congested with the drive thru lane right where almost everyone enters the restaurant and it’s so close to the parking spots that sometimes you get stuck in your parking spot waiting for a gap in the drive thru line
Kid-friendliness: One of the few places that have a place place left
Wheelchair accessibility: There are even concrete areas to get to all the doors in this facility.
