Great friendly workers, only problem I had was that the drive thru line had various cars waiting. We decided to go inside and order quick, no one was inside waiting, we got our order taken, yet with cars still bagged up in the drive thru, we were the last individuals served our drinks. The entire line of cars were served before our drinks were made.

I do not know how long Scooters has offered the XL size but today for the first time a cashier asked me if I wanted it, l never knew it’s not on the menu. But boy am I glad she did!! Game changer! I wouldn’t mention your name but I didn’t catch it. Thank you sweetheart you made my day!!

Placed an online order through app, store did not give us our order due to "machines being down" 30 minutes before close. Called the store & the manager said the order and charge would supposedly be canceled when they close out the register for the night (it was not) and said she supposedly had no way of canceling it. she also did not contact me to let me know they could not fulfil my order, so we drove there for nothing. I contacted the store again today and they said the manager would cancel the order and call me which never happened. Not only was my credit card charged for the order, I also lost my free drink reward. I will NEVER order from this location again.

This scooters location used to be great. The staff are still very friendly. But the drinks are inconsistent. I just got a hot hazelnut latte today and it was awful. Tasted like old coffee and there was no hazelnut flavor. I was in to big of a hurry to go back through and have a remake. This is th 2nd time this month my drink was bad. I've never had this problem at a coffee place before. When it's a coffee place thats 7$ a cup, it has tobe consistent. Won't be back.

If I pay $7 for a coffee, I expect it to be full. This is ridiculous. Anytime I ask for them not to overdo it on ice, they never fill it up. It's a $7 large coffee, it should be filled up, this is ridiculous every single time.
