I'm a long time customer and love Scooter's coffee.
Today I bought my usual mocha, but it came to me tasting of coffee and water. No milk.
I went to the window and was met by an employee who was rude, rude, rude. She argued with me that if they made another, it would taste the same. Then she slammed the window in my face.
To add insult to injury, I called 2 hr later and asked to talk with a manager...I told her my story and she didn't even offer my money...
Great friendly workers, only problem I had was that the drive thru line had various cars waiting. We decided to go inside and order quick, no one was inside waiting, we got our order taken, yet with cars still bagged up in the drive thru, we were the last individuals served our drinks. The entire line of cars were served before our drinks were made.
I do not know how long Scooters has offered the XL size but today for the first time a cashier asked me if I wanted it, l never knew it’s not on the menu. But boy am I glad she did!! Game changer! I wouldn’t mention your name but I didn’t catch it. Thank you sweetheart you made my day!!
