We placed a $60+ order online. The app said it would be ready at 6:24. We got there at 6:25. My daughter ran in to get our order and when she got to the counter she was told by the lady that it "would be a hot minute". The employee then looked at the 1 other customer that was in there and said... "they have 7 sandwiches". We finally received our order at 6:50. Drove the 7 miles back home and realized we had 2 sandwiches made wrong and we were missing one entirely. I called and the gentleman told me I could "come back and get our missing sandwich and make sure to bring back the 2 that were wrong" so they could fix them. We drove back the 7 miles. When we walked back in, we told the gentleman that we had the 2 messed up subs with the receipt for them and the missing one. A lady stormed out and said, "Well you talked to the wrong person. How do I know that you are missing a sandwich when you only brought back 2? We can't do anything. You should have brought back the full order." We were not told to bring the full order and two of the subs were for toddlers - we were not going to take back food from them when their subs were correct, even if we had been told to bring the full order back. She did however start to fix our order after we persisted, but let me tell you..the service we received was horrible. She was extremely rude to us and the male employee. My family will not be returning to this subway location; we will take our business elsewhere. I only gave 2 stars because the gentleman was polite and we eventually got our full and correct order - after an hour and a half, two trips, and several rude comments.

Once and a while there are pleasant employees here but most of the time they have no human interaction skills. I think the management must be terrible. The employees usually seem very unhappy and especially unhappy to see customers. It's sad but you see this alot nowadays. Let's stop giving money to companies that let their employees behave like children with no manners. They don't deserve our business.

Terrible. According to google it says it close at 9:00 pm but they lock the door at 8:30 pm.

The manager was rude! They would not accept their coupon said the sub was not accepted with the coupon. The other day we were there and they accepted a different coupon that was the same coupon with the same sub. The sub was not listed on the exclusions list on the coupon. Service was slow and the employees did not look happy to be there. Will not be going back!

It's a new subway with the regular choices you would expect. For what it's worth. This address is wrong and the actual subway is on the way into town.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I would give zero for customer service. Every time I go to this subway and receive same type of service with different staff. Took us 15 minutes to attend our order and wasn’t that busy. They gave us reason of online order but seems like they want to hardly work there. This is the last time I will go to this Subway in Waverly.

Out of bread and sidekicks. Ordered online. Didn't find out until home that neither sub was toasted. One sub's meat was old and dried out so couldn't be eaten. Other sub had so much sauce it was inedible.

I have had issues here before like one girl who was quite dismissive and rude like she obviously wasn't happy to be there. And being out of everything but white bread and pretzels and churros. I wonder if the management is lacking? Today I went there at lunch and as I stood there waiting watching an older gentleman slowly painstakingly make subs I thought ok I'll give him a break but after 10 minutes watching him make the person in front of me and myself wait while he took his time crafting the online order that must have been for a party of 5 or more I got irritated and left. The girl at the register even went over and asked him if maybe someone else should work on the online order while the customers waiting in line were addressed and he said no it's ok I'm almost done...a few minutes later as he started another slow sandwich journey I lost it and left. My observation is yes they should have one person working on the online order and another step in and help customers at the store, really this was a typical nobody in charge or process not setup/implemented well type of situation. And I am sorry but a person who is very slow at making sandwiches like that needs some extra training to work on moving faster or should be in the doing something else. Yes we want them to be expert sandwich creators but we also want to be able to stop in and get a sandwich quickly and it's not a difficult task!

Terrible visit. Three people behind the counter that should not have been unsupervised. They all seemed untrained. Only one of them seemed like he wanted to be there. Out of all bread except white, out of sidekicks, out of all sugar free drinks on fountain. We were the only 3 people in line and it took us half an hour to get through the line. I typically don't write reviews, but this was just silly. I doubt we'll be coming back.

This place has really gone downhill, employees act like you’re putting them out to wait on you, diet pop was all out in the fountain machine and their answer was to take a bottle?

Very impolite. Went to make an online order and they said it was closed. Called on the phone and they said they had to close the online because of how incredibly busy they were. We walked in and their was only one person in front of us. One girl was helping them, and the other was by the register on her phone. She remained on her phone till the other people left and the first girl ran to the back on her phone before helping us. They were then had not filled bottles of dressing, claiming to be out of ranch. Since when are they out of ranch, and they also didn't have any wheat bread made. When I requested lettuce on my sandwich she put a hand full on my chicken, looked at it, throw it back in the bin mixing it around before putting new lettuce. That's an OSHA violation.Date of visit 5/11/24 at about 5:30.
This place is filthy, service is subpar, and it wasn’t inviting at all. I will not be back to this subway again.

Placed an order for a salad. No fresh lettuce. Lettuce was brown. Said didn't have any fresh. Out of meat for daughters sandwich. Meat left out on counter behind food line. Not very well clean.
