Every single time we’ve used an online order our orders have been wrong or the food has been poor quality sometimes even both! Meatball marinara was ordered.. received the sandwhich practically without the marinara and the meatballs may as well of been bricks. The place has had plenty of time to get it together since opening and only seems to get worse. Kind of a waste of space at this point. Better off with a tornado off the kum and go floor.

Worker dustin was anything but friendly. I could hear him yelling at a younger girl in the backroom. (she couldn’t have been older than 15) Then when he came to take out the trash he split the tips between himself and a different co-worker, then turned to me and began complaining about the younger girl in the back. Saying she wasn’t getting any tips from the tip jar because she was having a bad day so she wasn’t doing much. Then went on to complain about subway and how everyone has to do their part, but when I was at the BP I saw him and the other worker standing outside beside a wall (which i assumed was to stop the younger girl from seeing them). As he kept going on the younger girl walked out and turned back around as she knew dustin was speaking negatively about her, but he kept going. I stuck around a little longer and saw the girl interacting with customers. She was super polite and never raised her voice, unlike her other co-workers.Kid-friendliness: I would say dustin was quite rude and even cursed while talking about his co-worker.

So glad we have this in West Branch. Staff is very friendly and eager to make what you ask. The fresh sliced meats are a GAME CHANGER! The subs are so much better! Keep up the good work!
12:30 on a Sunday. This location was connected to a BP and everything looked brand new. It's a strip mall, and the other stores are still empty. We walk in, and one young man employee is working hard and is helping 1 gentleman and a separate lady at the same time. I reviewed my options cause the menu seemed to change since my last Subway visit. The other two individuals came out, and you could hear the comments to each other. This was a bit of a turn-off in the dining area. We get up to the line and order. No problems. Just like all other Subways. No surprises. We are getting one meal to split. The individual who rang us up had some difficulty, and it reflected in her attitude. The clashing of personalities behind the counter was very apparent.The restaurant cleanliness 5 stars compared to other Subways.The food 5 stars compared to other Subways. Fresh, delicious, done well, and as ordered. The overall customer service is 4 compared to other Subways. The employees attitudes overall came across childish and it can be heard by all in the dining area. There are some good training opportunities here.

Nice and good for Lunch , the Ambiance is calm and better for travelers fast and easy to get go . Also very good and clean food . That's always my lunch to go !

Not good when the server just got done licking his fingers, then wipes his hands on his pants, then tries to make your sub before washing his hands. That's flat-out gross! What's the point of hand washing signs and steps if you're not going to do it in the first place? Makes you think about what they're doing when you're not watching! I even had to ask him to wash his hands before touching the food, he then said "yeah sorry, not something you think about you know?" Then washes his hands and touches the sink while waiting for the paper towel to dispense. Insane. I come here a lot, this is going to make me second guess coming here.

Management was having a meeting with staff in the lobby and she seemed very disrespectful towards the staff. Most of which are younger workers, I want them to know that there are better jobs that will treat you with respect out there and they don't have to put up with that if they don't want to. The manager really needs to work on how she's talks to people.
