So glad we have this in West Branch. Staff is very friendly and eager to make what you ask. The fresh sliced meats are a GAME CHANGER! The subs are so much better! Keep up the good work!
12:30 on a Sunday. This location was connected to a BP and everything looked brand new. It's a strip mall, and the other stores are still empty. We walk in, and one young man employee is working hard and is helping 1 gentleman and a separate lady at the same time. I reviewed my options cause the menu seemed to change since my last Subway visit. The other two individuals came out, and you could hear the comments to each other. Fire that hippie looking kid with the long hair he is extremely disrespectful to customers says things out loud that he should keep in his head. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with him.
