My daughter and I went there and had the worst service ever. The girl didn't listen to are order gave us the wrong item this happened 3 times as we had already waited 20 min in drive thru for our coffee's not to mention the 2nd one that was wrong was completely a mess with coffee on top of the lid and I then had to go inside because mine still wasn't right. The 2 girls that were working didn't even ask me what they could do for me they completely ignored me until I had to speak up and I still continued to wait an additional 15 min to keep getting rude service. Didn't offer anything to try and be even halfway decent. I will NEVER go there again.

Tried to order doughnuts through the drive through at 8:30 am only to be replied with they only had very few of the doughnuts I requested. So I asked for 1 dozen of a variety of doughnuts, only to be followed by a very large sigh and that I was only aloud so many of the remaining doughnuts they had left and it was going to take thwm a while to get thw order ready. (I only needed 1 dozen). Not the first time I have received not so pleasant customer service from this location. The lady taking the orders sure does not act like she likes working there.

Service was quick enough and the pumpkin donut was good. However, I ordered a large hot latte and what I was given was a cold coffee in a cup for hot drinks. It was like the coffee had been sitting and got cold before being handed to me; although it was not busy when I ordered. I’m not sure why that was deemed acceptable to serve. Definitely disappointing when I was expecting a hot drink!

They are always out of many of the varieties, even at 9 a.m. Walked out without ordering. Went across the street to Casey's and they had a full case of donuts with many varieties. Casey's offers very good, fresh ground coffee as well. Do better.

I barely go anymore & am debating on if I should continue. They used to be great, but I have gotten old rotten sour coffee 3 times, so I switched to lattes since I haven’t had that issue with the expresso, the issue is they have messed up my drink a couple times, like trying to give me an iced drink rather than a hot drink or adding something I asked not to have, but now my final straw is I’ve now ordered a latte twice & both times they have now given me a cup of milk with no espresso! Like I understand occasional mistakes but it’s almost everytime now & it isn’t a little mistake that can be ignored, I’m not drinking a hot cup of milk for $6. They will correct it if u go back.
