Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hot vanilla latte drove off got down the road a mile or so and realized the coffee was ice cold and was not supposed to be an iced coffee and the sandwich was equally as cold… Super friendly staff and service, a terrible food!

I have tried the hot breakfast sandwiches twice.And both times struck out Not something that I enjoyed. The bacon was too crispy and up. The the the cash rounds were, it's very cool. Gross, maybe the oil needed change who knows, but not willing to spend that kind of money and try again. The coffee is. Okay but not Worth the money. In my opinion, the donuts are good though, but be sure to go early or your pickings are slim

Seriosuly cannot beat this Dunkin! I've never had a bad time here! Staff is always friendly, the coffee and food are always amazing! I LOVE going here. I wish they could accept Tips!!!

First visit since moving here and disappointed when I opened the box up. Would have been nice if the donuts weren’t put in upside down so the frosting comes off. Was happy to see long john donuts but they shouldn’t be all crammed in the box like this either.

Pretty upset I understand the weather has been bad but I ordered and paid for a dozen and got here yesterday and was told they didn’t have them and that they had 9 but none of them was the kind I ordered so they said they could do them for me the next day and it was more then 7 hours before closed so that made no sense and the next day they are closed. I won’t be coming here anymore I have waisted more gas then what I even paid for doughnuts that I haven’t even got

I had a horrible experience today with the manager of the west Burlington location, Rita Brown- she came to the window with a huge attitude and told me she couldn’t do anything to help me, that I needed to call the corporate office because the app was not taking off my free drink I earned with my points I had just redeemed before getting to the window- she was nasty and rude, arguing with me at the drive up window- I told her that is NOT how you speak to customers, I am at that location almost daily- my husband was with me and also getting very upset with the way I was being treated. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday- she also stated she would be calling her manager- I hope it’s to apologize for the way she treated her customer today!
