Alex and Kennedy were so kind, they didn’t have all of the ingredients to make my honey mint citrus tea so they made me a replacement drink and a small size of a similar tea with what they had on hand because “we know how much better the tea makes you feel if you’re not feeling good”. They were so sweet and thoughtful it made my day!
I’m not a huge Starbucks customer, but.. occasionally I run to this particular location. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of Taylor. I’ve witnessed them with co-workers in situations that honestly I was frustrated for him. Yet, this person was super calm and kind.. kept his cool. Kept the line moving in a calm and professional way, that made me take notes. He also happens to be a pretty great barista. And… he doesn’t make me order like I know exactly what I’m ordering. Thanks Taylor, you’re pretty great.
Love Starbucks wish they had the full menu like the actual store though

Service is bit slow as only 2 people working and normally a line. They are polite and make good drinks. They are working with what they have . They are so busy with customers they don't have time to clean the customer area. If planning on sitting in Starbucks instead of drinking while shopping may need to clean the table
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly as it's small area. No room for anything but order and wait
As far as getting kids drink and leaving great. You have the few customers letting kids run around tearing the small place up which adds to the mess employees have to clean up

Pretty much your average Starbucks. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 instead of 5 is because there often out of things here. My go to drink (pink drink) often is out of the strawberries are out. If you order just frappucinos it should be fine for you.

As a Starbucks addict and proficient menu hacker, I confidently applaud the barista on my drink order today.I made a twist to a drink menu item, and while the cashier was plesantly confused- Jeremiah had been listening and said, "I got it." He not only delivered exactly what I said, but the execution was top-notch.Without divulging the level of Starbucks circles I travel, this was by far the best cup I've had. Jeremiah crafted it so effortlessly and professionally, demonstrating it can be done (without any social media).Great job, Jeremiah.

Not a good experience at all. Employees are not friendly and that's enough for me. Customer service is the number 1 thing you learn and do when you work with the public. Do not make the customer feel like they are bothering you or more are going to leave without buying anything.
