Alex and Kennedy were so kind, they didn’t have all of the ingredients to make my honey mint citrus tea so they made me a replacement drink and a small size of a similar tea with what they had on hand because “we know how much better the tea makes you feel if you’re not feeling good”. They were so sweet and thoughtful it made my day!

I’m not a huge Starbucks customer, but.. occasionally I run to this particular location. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of Taylor. I’ve witnessed them with co-workers in situations that honestly I was frustrated for him. Yet, this person was super calm and kind.. kept his cool. Kept the line moving in a calm and professional way, that made me take notes. He also happens to be a pretty great barista. And… he doesn’t make me order like I know exactly what I’m...

Service is bit slow as only 2 people working and normally a line. They are polite and make good drinks. They are working with what they have . They are so busy with customers they don't have time to clean the customer area. If planning on sitting in Starbucks instead of drinking while shopping may need to clean the table
