This is a very quiet restaurant which is nice. The lady at the counter was polite to a customer and to me as I was waiting for a door dash order and it really set a good vibe 💛 thank you!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Arby's in West Des Moines. I'm not always in the mood for Arby's, but I sometimes get in the mood for their roast beef with horseradish sauce and their delicious curly fries (which I've bought at the store for my air fryer). They also have an impressive Greek Gyro, so I have to recommend this place. Customer service was great. The food tastes great and unique in comparison to most fast food joints. The store is clean. I recommend Arby's for a quick, delicious meal.

Vegetarian options: This would not be my first choice for vegetarians.

This is a convenient spot, but what really makes it for me is Christina. Every time she’s working the drive thru, she always gets my order exactly right, including the sauces. She is kind and friendly. If I have my son with me, she always greets him and makes his day, and she always remembers my dog when she’s with us, too. I’m always glad when she’s the one working!

Every time I come to an Arby’s location I am greeted with an annoyed employee. Very short with a rude under tone when answering the headset. As someone who works in the service industry, I could understand annoyance when someone shows up close to close, but with that said.. I am very mindful of time. I showed up with well over an hour before close. No one who works for Arby’s seems to care about customer service and it always so disappointing but I like the food so I keep coming back

I've been to a lot of Arby's around the Midwest and the couple times I've had this location the meat has been dry, some parts hard and the staff act like you're burning through their bottom line over a couple extra sauce packs, so drive to another location.

After 15 minutes of waiting on my food in an empty lobby and clear drive thru I had to ask for my order again. I wouldn't recommend going to this one. Hopefully I just happened to be there when some kind of meeting was taking place.

Ok first off this is an isolated incident. I actually love Arby's but they have been going straight down hill lately. This time, for example, they made me wait at the window for almost 6 minutes then finally came back to the window but without my food and to tell me it's going to take a bit and asked to pull up. I was in a hurry. Why wouldn't they tell me it was going to take awhile immediately? I could've canceled and been on my way. The fact they finally told me after 6 minutes left me stuck. So asked for a refund (which also took about 5 minutes. The sandwich was prolly done by then). So now I didn't have time to run somewhere else nor wait for Arby's. They starved me for the day..
