Had a small group (9pp) attending an informal Porsche car club pre-drive planning meeting at Biaggi's last night. I had made minor arrangements with Jeff Duncan (Managing Partner) and Whitney Webber (Event Planner) and they were most professional and accommodating to my requests. Pleasure to work with! Went there today. Bread and appetizer were great. Then everything flipped like a switch. Waitress stopped coming to our table. When the food came you could tell it has been setting awhile. Got the baked ziti al forno. My favorite. Cheese wasn’t melted anymore and hard. Not very hot. The chicken in it had an old leftover chicken taste and very dry. It was very disappointing. Had a reservation for a very large party in the party room.. the table arrangement was not as it was previously communicated to be set. The dinner reservation was for 7pm and most of us had still not received our checks to close out until after 9:30pm.. felt awful for the wait staff as it was clearly not their fault but the event coordinator who dropped the ball. Definitely not using them for any large group gatherings in the future!
