Man this Burger King need shut down they be real life scamming over charging I’ve never paid so much for the stuff I do at any other Burger King

The lady that they have working, the drive-through tonight was more focused on being on her phone and texting on her phone then actually taking our order because she messed up everything that we said I’m allergic to onions and there were onions on my sandwich after we said twice, no onions And our fries weren’t done The only thing she was concerned about, was getting right back on her phone while we were sitting in the drive-through waiting

The female manger working tn was really nice and same with the dude ringing us up. There wasn’t anyone eating in when we walked in but the lobby was clean food was quick and it’s cheap and easy. As an agm at another store I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby for it being 7 at night since most places get there dinner rush between 5-7 so props to them :)

This the third time they steel my rewards from me. They take a copy of my receipt and when I go to put my rewards on I can’t cause it’s been used. I hope all managers see this. I’m a regular customer.

Order was messed up. Food was absolutely disgusting. Buns were rock hard. Everything else on the whoppers tasted like they were left out throughout the day. Save your time and money go somewhere else.
We are not locals. Went there last night to grab fries for kids. We walked in, nobody greeted us- its ok, i will survive.. we stood for 20 minutes, two employees gave us a dirty looks and nothing.. not a single word, no “ hello, we will be right back with you” or something along this line. I mean, i understand, this is a fast food, not an upscale restaurant… but still.. we left without getting food because they were not interested in their customers… very poor managed location.

terrible place to eat for sure. Burger dry and made me choke and found hair in my root beer. Onion rings were overcooked and tasted horrible. the only thing wet on the burger was the booger I found in the burger wrapper very bad experience all around.

picked up breakfast here about an hour again and I’m extremely disgusted. there was an extremely long black hair IN my iced coffee plus hash browns were old. this location needs to be shut down.
