Not managed well. They don't manage online and in-person orders well.
In addition, we just ordered online the other night. They came out awhile after the order was supposed to be picked up, to tell us they were out of an item. When we finally got our order, once home, we found that several items were missing from our order (it was on the ticket attached to the bag). And the chips were so stale! Very disappointed ☹️.
Ordered a bowl with chicken, picked it up, drove home, and there’s no chicken anywhere in the bowl. 😑
Very skimpy on the serving sizes. Ran out of chicken & supervisor/manager was rude when we asked if there would be some soon. Steak was extremely tough. Had to go back for the guacamole they forgot to put in the bag.
