I have come to this location many times and the employees are always very friendly and efficient!! The only downside to this crumbl bakery would be the location it is in such a bad spot and the parking is always super busy and very tight. I’ve almost been hit multiple times by people parking basically on top of my car.
Busy night tonight. I had no problems but other people did with the ordering kiosk. Customer service was lacking due to how busy it was. On nights like this they need to somehow limit the amount of people in the store to one person per order if possible to make it less crowded. Overall the order didn’t have any problems and the cookies were delicious.
